Friends today we had a meeting in Pune to deliberate on the details for our impending Get-together. The following is finalised :

Date of the Get-together..10th.Sept.2017
Venue... Sacred Heart Convent High School,
Ahmednagar
Time.... 10am to 5.30pm
Contribution.. Rs.600 per head..

.An account will be opened in a Nagar
bank by Vikas Mutha..Hemendra
Bhandari and Rajendra Kathuriya

..Each batch to choose their 2
Representatives or Prefects

.WhatsApp group of Prefects is formed

. Registration forms will be handed to the
Prefects

. Contribution to be made directly into the
bank account

. Final Registrations to be submitted to
Core Committee by 20th August

. No spot Registrations

. List of teachers to be invited is being
prepared

. Personal invitation to the Teachers will
be given on 13th August or so

. A week before 10th Sept again a request
for their presence will be made to the
Teachers

. Reception..PA Sound system..Catering..
Seating arrgt..Decoration..Parking..
Security..Cleaning up after the
Get-together..Putting programme live on
You Tube..Link for the same is taken care
of.

. No Spouses in the Get-together

. If Spouse is also an Alumnus then
seperate Registration is needed

. WhatsApp group of each batch to be
formed..Prefects to coordinate between
the batchmates and Core Committee

. Core Committee is already functional
and has been talking decisions

. Volunteers, preferably from Nagar, is
required for managing various activities
during the Get-together

. Detail programme for Get-together is
being finalised

. One speaker per batch will be allowed
to speak for 5 minutes

. Tea in morning session..Lunch..High Tea
(Tea and Snacks) is included

. Alumni to make their own Lodging Arrgt.

. Balance Amount after expenditure will be
spent to buy gifts for Teachers

. Account Statement will be made available
on WhatsApp and FB

. CD of the Get-Together and if possible a
copy of 1975 Silver Jubilee magazine will
be given to each participant
