Our school campus turned into a buzzing kitchen of creativity, confidence, and collaboration during the Kumkum School Food Fest 🎉
From planning recipes to managing stalls, from hygiene and teamwork to presentation and communication — our students experienced real-life learning beyond textbooks. Wearing their chef caps with pride, they cooked, served, calculated, coordinated, and most importantly learned by doing.
This wasn’t just about food —

Today our tiny tots stepped into the world of nature and water with creativity, fun activities, dress-up themes, and hands-on learning.
From cute grape costumes, colourful octopus frames, blue hand-prints, and green craft work — our children explored how Earth’s colours teach us to care, protect, and love our planet.

A Transport-Theme Day at Kumkum Pre-Primary 🚦**
At Kumkum Pre-Primary School, learning is never limited to books —
we make concepts come alive.
Today, our little explorers stepped into the world of “Modes of Transport & Traffic Rules” through real-life simulation, play and discovery.
From becoming tiny cars on the road…
to floating paper boats…
to understanding how airplanes soar…
to following traffic signals during fun road play —
every moment became an experience, not just a lesson.
Why This Activity Matters (Our SPICE Approach)
At Kumkum, every learning module follows the S.P.I.C.E Curriculum — Social, Physical, Imaginative, Cognitive, Emotional Development.
Here’s how today’s activity unlocked each domain:

Children practised turn-taking, cooperating on the “road,” and understanding how shared spaces work.
