SKOPE

The SKOPE Club of SKIPS organized the Business Plan Competition 2023 on 23rd February 2023 in the SKIPS Auditorium. The program challenged students to think creatively, develop innovative ideas, and come up with comprehensive business plans to turn those ideas into successful ventures. They were divided into teams to deliver their presentations by taking into consideration revenue generation and break-even analysis, competitor landscape, and other such entrepreneurial concepts.

Students learned basic terminology of idea generation, product deployment, focus on delivering a minimum viable product (MVP), Government schemes and programs for entrepreneurship and start-up, pitching business ideas, and facing questions and answers by the judges. The event was concluded with the felicitation of the participants.

SKIPS in association with SKOPE arranged an online lecture with Mr. Mehul Patel, founder and owner of Mr. Paanwala. A session filled with lots of question and answers, the students at SKIPS enjoyed with Mr. Patel. He explained the nuances of marketing, customer retention and care, time management, international markets, the strategy of networking that the company adopted during covid - pandemic times, the essential qualities of a good entrepreneur and profit-margins.
He led the students through his own journey of being a paan giant in the US. The message given by the session was that students should strive to recognize their inner calling which will steer them towards success.
