This is a proud moment for Gujarat, as this is the only undergraduate-level English Literature course from the state to be approved under this prestigious initiative! 🙌

Shocking Decline in Amazon's Service - Unacceptable Experience

I'm writing this review as a disheartened and loyal customer of over 10 years, who's witnessed Amazon's service deteriorate drastically in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. The past month has been a nightmare, with FIVE orders cancelled despite advance payment. This is unacceptable, especially from a brand I've trusted for so long.

The latest fiasco was the most astonishing - Amazon claimed my order was "out for delivery" at 11:34 AM and "rejected" by me at 11:35 AM. How is it humanly possible for the delivery person to reach my doorstep in ONE MINUTE? This blatant lie is an insult to my intelligence.

Amazon's service has become a joke. The consistency and punctuality I once admired have vanished. It's clear that the company is not taking customer satisfaction seriously. There is no email for complaint of customer care available on Amazon App even one has to spend much time to talk to customer care and the chat boats are frustrating. I urge Amazon to take immediate action to address these issues and restore their reputation.

Until then, I'll be forced to explore alternative options, which is a sad reality for a loyal customer like myself.
