Dr. Vraj B. Shah, Pharm.D. student, L. M. College of Pharmacy, has been awarded the prestigious ESMO Merit Travel Grant 2026 and has been selected to present his research at the ESMO Targeted Anticancer Therapies (TAT) Asia Congress 2026, to be held in Hong Kong SAR, China (12–14 June 2026).

This achievement was accomplished under the mentorship and guidance of Dr. Avinash Khadela, Assistant Professor, L. M. While Dr. Khadela has earned international recognition through his own research contributions, his greatest achievement lies in empowering and nurturing the next generation of researchers. Through continuous training, scientific guidance, research mentorship, and encouragement, he has helped students transform their academic potential into meaningful scholarly accomplishments.

Dr. Vraj's success stands as a shining example of the culture of mentorship and academic excellence fostered at L. M. College of Pharmacy—where faculty members not only advance research themselves but also inspire, guide, and support students to achieve global recognition.

We congratulate both Dr. Vraj B. Shah and Dr. Avinash Khadela on this proud mentor–mentee achievement and wish them continued success in advancing oncology research and representing our institution on the international stage.
