Point Based Holistic Development System (PBHDS) Orientation Programme

R. C. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad, organized an Orientation Programme on the Point Based Holistic Development System (PBHDS) on 14 July 2026 for around 250 students of B.Com. Semesters III and V. Conducted simultaneously in two classrooms, the programme was led by Prof. Bhavin Badiyani and Dr. Chintan Pandya, who explained the objectives, structure, point allocation, registration process, evaluation, and the role of PBHDS under NEP-2020 and CCE. Faculty members actively resolved students' queries. while Dr. Nita Chauhan introduced outstanding sports achievers to inspire holistic development. The contribution of Dr. Shilpa B. Chhag in preparing the PBHDS framework was specially acknowledged. Principal Dr. Sagar Dave motivated students to participate actively for their overall personality development and employability.
All facilities encouraged students to actively participate in the diverse activities offered under the system and to utilize PBHDS as a platform for enhancing their knowledge, skills, leadership qualities, and overall personality.
The orientation programme proved to be highly informative and motivating. It successfully sensitized students about the objectives and functioning of PBHDS while encouraging them to participate actively in various developmental activities throughout their academic journey.
પોઇન્ટ બેઝ્ડ હોલિસ્ટિક ડેવલપમેન્ટ સિસ્ટમ (PBHDS) ઓરિએન્ટેશન કાર્યક્રમ

આર.સી. કોલેજ ઓફ કોમર્સ, અમદાવાદ ખાતે તા. 14 જુલાઈ, 2026ના રોજ બી.કોમ. સેમેસ્ટર-3 અને સેમેસ્ટર-5ના આશરે 250 વિદ્યાર્થીઓ માટે પોઇન્ટ બેઝ્ડ હોલિસ્ટિક ડેવલપમેન્ટ સિસ્ટમ (PBHDS) અંગે ઓરિએન્ટેશન કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. કાર્યક્રમ બે વર્ગખંડોમાં એકસાથે યોજાયો હતો, જેમાં પ્રો. ભાવિન બડિયાણી અને ડૉ. ચિંતન પંડ્યાએ PBHDSના હેતુઓ, માળખું, પોઇન્ટ ફાળવણી, નોંધણી પ્રક્રિયા, મૂલ્યાંકન પદ્ધતિ તેમજ NEP-2020 અને CCE સાથેના તેના સંકલન અંગે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને માર્ગદર્શન આપ્યું. ઉપસ્થિત અધ્યાપકોએ વિદ્યાર્થીઓની જિજ્ઞાસાઓનું સમાધાન કર્યું, જ્યારે ડૉ. નીતા ચૌહાણે રમતગમત ક્ષેત્રે કોલેજનું ગૌરવ વધારનાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો પરિચય કરાવી સર્વાંગી વિકાસ માટે પ્રેરણા આપી. PBHDSનું નીતિ દસ્તાવેજ, SOP તથા અન્ય જરૂરી દસ્તાવેજો તૈયાર કરવામાં ડૉ. શિલ્પા બી. છગના નોંધપાત્ર યોગદાનની વિશેષ પ્રશંસા કરવામાં આવી. આચાર્ય ડૉ. સાગર દવેએ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને PBHDS હેઠળની વિવિધ પ્રવૃત્તિઓમાં સક્રિયપણે ભાગ લઈ જ્ઞાન, કૌશલ્ય, નેતૃત્વ ગુણો અને સર્વાંગી વ્યક્તિત્વના વિકાસ માટે આ વ્યવસ્થાનો લાભ લેવા પ્રેરિત કર્યા. કાર્યક્રમ માહિતીપ્રદ અને પ્રેરણાદાયી રહ્યો તથા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને તેમના સમગ્ર શૈક્ષણિક પ્રવાસ દરમિયાન વિવિધ વિકાસલક્ષી પ્રવૃત્તિઓમાં સક્રિય ભાગીદારી માટે પ્રોત્સાહિત કરવામાં સફળ રહ્યો.

આર.સી. કોલેજ ઓફ કોમર્સ, અમદાવાદના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તા. 12 જુલાઈ, 2026ના રોજ અમદાવાદ મ્યુનિસિપલ કોર્પોરેશન દ્વારા આયોજિત "Mega Tree Plantation and City Civil Infrastructure Projects" ના લોકાર્પણ કાર્યક્રમમાં ઉત્સાહભેર ભાગ લીધો. કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન સાયન્સ સિટી, ભાડજ, અમદાવાદ ખાતે સવારે 8:00 કલાકે કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.

આ કાર્યક્રમમાં માનનીય શ્રી અમિતભાઈ શાહ, કેન્દ્રીય ગૃહ અને સહકાર મંત્રી (Home Minister, Government of India) મુખ્ય અતિથિ તરીકે ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા. તેમજ માનનીય શ્રી ભુપેન્દ્રભાઈ પટેલ, મુખ્યમંત્રી, ગુજરાત સરકાર (Chief Minister, Government of Gujarat) વિશિષ્ટ મહેમાન તરીકે ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા. બંને મહાનુભાવોએ હરિયાળા અને સ્વચ્છ શહેરના નિર્માણ, પર્યાવરણ સંરક્ષણ, વૃક્ષારોપણના મહત્વ તથા આધુનિક શહેરી માળખાકીય સુવિધાઓના વિકાસ અંગે પ્રેરણાદાયી માર્ગદર્શન આપ્યું.

કાર્યક્રમના ઉદ્દેશ્યો (Objectives)

- વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં પર્યાવરણ સંરક્ષણ અને વૃક્ષારોપણ પ્રત્યે જાગૃતિ લાવવી.
- શહેરના આધુનિક સિવિલ ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર વિકાસ અંગે માહિતી પ્રદાન કરવી.
- વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં સ્વચ્છ, હરિયાળા અને ટકાઉ શહેરના નિર્માણ માટે જવાબદારીની ભાવના વિકસાવવી.
- સરકાર દ્વારા હાથ ધરવામાં આવતા વિકાસલક્ષી કાર્યો અંગે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને માહિતગાર કરવું.

વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ શું શીખ્યું?

- વૃક્ષારોપણ અને પર્યાવરણ સંરક્ષણનું સામાજિક તથા પર્યાવરણીય મહત્વ સમજ્યું.
- શહેરી વિકાસ માટે આધુનિક સિવિલ ઇન્ફ્રાસ્ટ્રક્ચર પ્રોજેક્ટ્સની ઉપયોગિતા વિશે જાણકારી મેળવી.
- સ્વચ્છતા, હરિયાળી અને નાગરિક જવાબદારીના મૂલ્યોને જીવનમાં અપનાવવાની પ્રેરણા મળી.
- સરકાર અને નાગરિકોના સંયુક્ત પ્રયાસોથી ટકાઉ વિકાસ કેવી રીતે શક્ય બને તે અંગે સમજ વિકસાવી.

કાર્યક્રમનું પરિણામ (Outcome)

આ કાર્યક્રમ દ્વારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં પર્યાવરણ પ્રત્યે જાગૃતિ, વૃક્ષારોપણ માટે સકારાત્મક અભિગમ અને સામાજિક જવાબદારીની ભાવના વધુ મજબૂત બની. વિદ્યાર્થીઓને શહેરી વિકાસ અને જાહેર સુવિધાઓના મહત્વ અંગે વ્યવહારુ સમજ પ્રાપ્ત થઈ તેમજ સમાજના જવાબદાર નાગરિક તરીકે પર્યાવરણના સંરક્ષણમાં સક્રિય યોગદાન આપવા માટે પ્રેરણા મળી.

આ સમગ્ર કાર્યક્રમમાં આર.સી. કોલેજ ઓફ કોમર્સના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ શિસ્તબદ્ધ રીતે ભાગ લીધો અને કાર્યક્રમને સફળ બનાવવામાં સહભાગી બન્યા.

આ સમગ્ર કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓની ઉપસ્થિતિ કોલેજના આચાર્યશ્રી ડૉ. સાગર દવેના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ સફળતાપૂર્વક સંપન્ન થઈ.

The students of R. C. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad enthusiastically participated in the inauguration ceremony of the "Mega Tree Plantation and City Civil Infrastructure Projects" organized by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) on 12 July 2026 at Science City, Bhadaj, Ahmedabad.

The programme was graced by Hon'ble Shri Amit Shah, Union Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation, Government of India, as the Chief Guest, and Hon'ble Shri Bhupendra Patel, Chief Minister of Gujarat, as the Guest of Honour. During the event, the dignitaries emphasized the importance of environmental conservation, large-scale tree plantation, the development of a green and clean city, and the need for modern urban civil infrastructure. Their inspiring addresses encouraged students to contribute actively towards sustainable development and responsible citizenship.

To create awareness among students about environmental conservation and the importance of tree plantation.

It also enhanced their understanding of urban development and public infrastructure while motivating them to contribute actively towards environmental protection and the welfare of society as responsible citizens.

The International Day of Yoga was celebrated at R.C. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad. A large number of students, faculty members, and non-teaching staff participated in the program.

Under the guidance of a yoga expert, various yoga asanas and pranayama sessions were conducted. All participants understood the importance of yoga and expressed their commitment to adopting a healthy lifestyle.

R. C. College of Commerce, Delhi chakla , Ahmedabad successfully organized Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony on 21st April 2026.

The ceremony aimed to recognize and honor the academic excellence and outstanding achievements of students in various fields. The program began with a prayer, followed by the distribution of prizes and certificates to meritorious students for their exceptional performance in academics, sports, Finishing School, Innovation club, CWDC, Saptadhara and other co-curricular activities.

The college Principal Dr. Sagar Dave congratulated the award winners and motivated all students to strive for excellence in their respective fields. Faculty members appreciated the efforts of students and encouraged them to continue their hard work and dedication.
આર. સી. કોલેજ ઑફ કોમર્સ, દિલ્હી ચકલા, અમદાવાદ ખાતે 21 એપ્રિલ 2026ના રોજ વાર્ષિક ઇનામ વિતરણ સમારોહ સફળતાપૂર્વક યોજાયો હતો.
આ સમારોહનો હેતુ વિવિધ ક્ષેત્રોમાં વિશિષ્ટ સિદ્ધિઓ મેળવનાર વિધાર્થીઓને સન્માનિત કરવાનો હતો. કાર્યક્રમની શરૂઆત પ્રાર્થના સાથે થઈ હતી, ત્યારબાદ શૈક્ષણિક ક્ષેત્ર, રમતગમત, ફિનિશિંગ સ્કૂલ, ઇનોવેશન ક્લબ, CWDC, સપ્તધારા તેમજ અન્ય સહપાઠ્ય પ્રવૃત્તિઓમાં ઉત્તમ પ્રદર્શન કરનાર પ્રતિભાશાળી વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ઇનામો અને પ્રમાણપત્રો આપવામાં આવ્યા હતા.

કોલેજનાં આચાર્યશ્રી ડૉ. સાગર દવે એ ઇનામ વિજેતાઓને અભિનંદન પાઠવ્યા હતા તેમજ તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પોતાના ક્ષેત્રમાં શ્રેષ્ઠતા મેળવવા માટે પ્રેરણા આપી. અધ્યાપકશ્રીઓએ વિદ્યાર્થીઓના પ્રયત્નોની પ્રશંસા કરી અને તેમને મહેનત તથા સમર્પણ જાળવી રાખવા પ્રોત્સાહિત કર્યા હતા.

તેમણે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સંદેશ આપ્યો કે તેઓએ ડૉ. અંબેડકરના જીવનમાંથી પ્રેરણા લઈ મુશ્કેલ પરિસ્થિતિઓમાં મહેનત કરવી, શિક્ષણ પર ધ્યાન આપવું અને જ્ઞાન દ્વારા શ્રેષ્ઠતા પ્રાપ્ત કરવાની દિશામાં પ્રયત્ન કરવો જોઈએ.

A session on the contribution of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar was organized by the NSS Unit, Dr. Bharat Bhati of R.C. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad. The session was conducted by Dr. Parimal Upadhyay and Dr. Chintan Pandya, who highlighted Dr. Ambedkar’s life, struggles, and contributions to society.
They emphasized that students should learn from his life to work hard in adverse situations, focus on education, and strive for excellence through knowledge.

તા. 17.03.2026 ના રોજ આર. સી. કોલેજ ઑફ કોમર્સ ખાતે Foodpreneur Fest 2026 ઉત્સાહ અને ઉમંગ સાથે ભવ્ય રીતે યોજાયો. સમગ્ર કેમ્પસ ઉત્સવમય વાતાવરણથી ગૂંજી ઊઠ્યું, જ્યાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પોતાની સર્જનાત્મકતા અને ઉદ્યોગસાહસિકતા બંનેનું અનોખું પ્રદર્શન કર્યું.

આ પ્રસંગે કોલેજના પ્રિન્સિપાલ ડૉ. સાગર દવેએ જણાવ્યું કે આવા કાર્યક્રમો વિદ્યાર્થીઓના સર્વાંગી વિકાસ માટે અત્યંત મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે. ફુડપ્રેન્યોર ફેસ્ટ જેવા પ્રયાસો વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં ઉદ્યોગસાહસિકતા અને નવીનતાનો ભાવ વિકસાવે છે અને કોલેજ હંમેશા આવા સર્જનાત્મક પ્રયત્નોને પ્રોત્સાહન આપતી રહેશે.

આ ફેસ્ટનું આયોજન ઇનોવેશન ક્લબ હેઠળ કાર્યરત Future Founders Forum (FFF) દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. પ્રવૃત્તિના કોઓર્ડિનેટર ડૉ. ચિંતન પંડ્યાએ જણાવ્યું કે આ ફેસ્ટ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને “Kitchen Idea to Market Reality” સુધીનો પ્રેક્ટિકલ અનુભવ આપે છે, જેમાં તેઓ બ્રાન્ડિંગ, પ્રાઈસિંગ અને ગ્રાહક વ્યવહારનો વાસ્તવિક અનુભવ મેળવે છે.

વિવિધ ફૂડ સ્ટોલ્સ, નવીન આઈડિયાઝ અને ગ્રાહકો સાથેનો જીવંત સંપર્ક આ કાર્યક્રમની વિશેષતા રહ્યા. મોટી સંખ્યામાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ભાગ લઈ સમગ્ર દિવસને યાદગાર બનાવી દીધો.

Foodpreneur Fest 2026 was celebrated with great enthusiasm and excitement on 17.03.2026 at R. C. College of Commerce. The entire campus was filled with a festive atmosphere as students showcased their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit through a variety of innovative food stalls.

On this occasion, Principal Dr. Sagar Dave shared his thoughts and said that such events are extremely important for the holistic development of students. Programs like Foodpreneur Fest encourage the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation, and the college will always continue to support such creative initiatives.

The fest was organized by the Future Founders Forum (FFF) under the Innovation Club. The activity coordinator Dr. Chintan Pandya said that the event is an effort to give students a practical experience of transforming a “Kitchen Idea to Market Reality.” Through this, students get real exposure to branding, pricing, and customer interaction.

A large number of students participated enthusiastically, making the entire day vibrant and memorable. Various food stalls, innovative ideas, and lively customer engagement became the highlights of the event.

Annual Sports Day and Foodpreneur Fest 2026 were successfully organized with great enthusiasm and grandeur at R.C. College of Commerce. The entire campus resonated with a festive atmosphere, where students showcased their talents in both sports and entrepreneurship.

The program began with a grand parade, in which students from various semesters participated with discipline and pride, adding dignity to the event. This was followed by various sports competitions, where students took part with great energy and competitive spirit.

On this occasion, the college Principal, Dr. Sagar Dave, expressed his views, stating, “Such events are extremely important for the holistic development of students. Sports keep the body healthy, while events like the Foodpreneur Fest nurture an entrepreneurial mindset among students. The college will always continue to encourage such creative initiatives.”

આજે આર. સી. કોલેજ ઑફ કોમર્સ ખાતે વાર્ષિક સ્પોર્ટ્સ ડે તથા ફુડપ્રેન્યોર ફેસ્ટ 2026નો ઉત્સાહભર્યો અને ભવ્ય કાર્યક્રમ સફળતાપૂર્વક યોજાયો હતો. સમગ્ર કેમ્પસ ઉત્સવમય વાતાવરણથી ગૂંજી ઊઠ્યું હતું, જેમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ રમતગમત અને ઉદ્યોગસાહસિકતા બંને ક્ષેત્રોમાં પોતાની પ્રતિભા દર્શાવી હતી.

કાર્યક્રમની શરૂઆત ભવ્ય પરેડ સાથે કરવામાં આવી હતી, જેમાં વિવિધ સેમેસ્ટરના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ શિસ્તબદ્ધ પ્રદર્શન કરી કાર્યક્રમને ગૌરવ આપ્યું હતું. ત્યારબાદ વિવિધ રમતગમત સ્પર્ધાઓનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું, જેમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઉમંગ અને સ્પર્ધાત્મક ભાવનાથી ભાગ લીધો હતો.

આ પ્રસંગે કોલેજના પ્રિન્સિપાલ ડૉ. સાગર દવેએ પોતાના પ્રતિભાવમાં જણાવ્યું હતું કે, “આવા કાર્યક્રમો વિદ્યાર્થીઓના સર્વાંગી વિકાસ માટે અત્યંત જરૂરી છે. રમતગમત શરીરને તંદુરસ્ત બનાવે છે, જ્યારે ફુડપ્રેન્યોર ફેસ્ટ જેવા કાર્યક્રમો વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં ઉદ્યોગસાહસિકતાનો ભાવ વિકસાવે છે. કોલેજ હંમેશા આવા સર્જનાત્મક પ્રયત્નોને પ્રોત્સાહન આપતી રહેશે.”

ફુડપ્રેન્યોર ફેસ્ટ 2026નું આયોજન ઇનોવેશન ક્લબ અંતર્ગત ચાલતા ફ્યુચર ફાઉન્ડર્સ ફોરમ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આ પ્રવૃત્તિના કોઓર્ડિનેટર ડૉ. ચિંતન પંડ્યાએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે, “આ ફેસ્ટ વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ‘કિચન આઈડિયા થી માર્કેટ રિયાલિટી’ સુધીનો પ્રેક્ટિકલ અનુભવ આપવાનો એક પ્રયાસ છે, જેમાં તેઓને બ્રાન્ડિંગ, પ્રાઈસિંગ અને ગ્રાહક વ્યવહારનો વાસ્તવિક અનુભવ મળે છે.”

સ્પોર્ટ્સ ડેના સફળ આયોજનમાં સ્પોર્ટ્સ કોઓર્ડિનેટર ડૉ. નીતા ચૌહાણની વિશેષ ભૂમિકા રહી હતી. તેમણે જણાવ્યું હતું કે, “વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં રમતગમત પ્રત્યેનો ઉત્સાહ અને ટીમ સ્પિરિટ આ કાર્યક્રમની સૌથી મોટી સફળતા છે.”

કાર્યક્રમમાં મોટી સંખ્યામાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઉત્સાહપૂર્વક ભાગ લઈ સમગ્ર દિવસને યાદગાર બનાવ્યો હતો. વિવિધ ફૂડ સ્ટોલ્સ, નવીન આઈડિયાઝ અને રમતોના રોમાંચક મુકાબલાઓએ કાર્યક્રમને જીવંત બનાવ્યો હતો.

આ રીતે આર. સી. કોલેજ ઑફ કોમર્સનો વાર્ષિક સ્પોર્ટ્સ ડે અને ફુડપ્રેન્યોર ફેસ્ટ 2026 ઉત્સાહ, નવીનતા અને ઉમંગથી ભરપૂર રહી સફળતાપૂર્વક પૂર્ણ થયો હતો.

આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય મહિલા દિવસની ઉજવણી નિમિત્તે તા. 12 માર્ચ 2026ના રોજ આર.સી. કોલેજ ઓફ કોમર્સ, અમદાવાદ ખાતે College Women Development Cell (CWDC) દ્વારા “Women’s Wellness & Legal Awareness Program”નું આયોજન આચાર્યશ્રીના માર્ગદર્શન હેઠળ કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
આ કાર્યક્રમમાં ગુજરાત કોમર્સ કોલેજની આસિસ્ટન્ટ પ્રોફેસર ડૉ. વિધિ રાવરાણી મુખ્ય વક્તા તરીકે ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા. તેમણે મહિલા સ્વાસ્થ્ય, મહિલા અધિકારો અને કાનૂની જાગૃતિ અંગે વિદ્યાર્થીઓને માર્ગદર્શન આપ્યું.
કાર્યક્રમનું સંચાલન CWDC કો-ઓર્ડિનેટર ડૉ. વર્ષા પટેલ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. અંતે સર્વે હાજર પ્રાધ્યાપકો અને વિધ્યાર્થીઓ દ્વારા મહેમાનશ્રીનો આભાર વ્યક્ત કરવામાં આવ્યો.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, a “Women’s Wellness & Legal Awareness Program” was organized on 12 March 2026 at R. C. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad by the College Women Development Cell (CWDC) under the guidance of the Principal.

In this program, Dr. Vidhi Ravarani, Assistant Professor at Gujarat Commerce College, attended as the Chief Speaker. She guided the students on important topics such as women’s health, women’s rights, and legal awareness.

The program was coordinated by Dr. Varsha Patel, the CWDC Coordinator. At the end of the program, the guest was warmly thanked by all the professors and students present.

CWDC –પોસ્ટર સ્પર્ધા

આર.સી. કોલેજ ઓફ કોમર્સ, અમદાવાદ ખાતે CWDC (College Women Development Cell) ના ઉપક્રમ હેઠળ 25 ફેબ્રુઆરી 2026ના રોજ “મહિલા સશક્તિકરણ” વિષય પર પોસ્ટર બનાવવાની સ્પર્ધાનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આ સ્પર્ધાનું મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ્ય વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં મહિલા સશક્તિકરણ વિશે જાગૃતિ ફેલાવવાનું તેમજ તેમને પોતાની સર્જનાત્મક વિચારો રજૂ કરવા માટે એક મંચ પ્રદાન કરવાનો હતો. કોલેજના વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ ઉત્સાહપૂર્વક સ્પર્ધામાં ભાગ લીધો હતો અને મહિલાઓના અધિકારો અને ફરજો, સમાજમાં મહિલાની ભૂમિકા તથા સજાગ સ્ત્રી દ્વારા સશક્ત સમાજની કલ્પના જેવા વિષયો પર સુંદર પોસ્ટરો રજૂ કર્યા હતા. CWDCના સંયોજક ડૉ. વર્ષા પટેલે આવી પ્રવૃત્તિઓના આયોજનનું મહત્વ સમજાવ્યું અને વિદ્યાર્થીઓને પ્રોત્સાહિત કર્યા.

સ્પર્ધામાં રજૂ થયેલા પોસ્ટરોનું મૂલ્યાંકન અંગ્રેજી વિભાગના પ્રોફેસર પૂજા ગોસાઈ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. તેમણે સામગ્રી, સર્જનાત્મકતા અને રજૂઆતના આધારે વિજેતાઓની પસંદગી કરી હતી. આ કાર્યક્રમ દ્વારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં આત્મવિશ્વાસ, જાગૃતિ અને સામાજિક જવાબદારીની ભાવનાને વધુ મજબૂતી મળી.
CWDC –Poster making competition
R.C. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad organized a Poster Making Competition on the theme “Women Empowerment” on 25 February 2026 under the initiative of the CWDC (College Women Development Cell). The main objective of the competition was to spread awareness about women empowerment among students and provide them with a platform to express their ideas creatively. Students of the college participated enthusiastically and presented their thoughts through posters on themes such as women’s rights and responsibilities, the role of women in society, and the concept of an aware woman leading to an empowered society. CWDC Coordinator Dr. Varsha Patel explained the significance of organizing such activities and encouraged the participants.
The posters were evaluated by Prof. Pooja Gosai from the Department of English, who selected the winners based on content, creativity, and presentation. The event helped strengthen confidence, awareness, and a sense of social responsibility among the students.

Hands-on Workshop on IDEA Framework

R. C. College of Commerce, Ahmedabad successfully organized a Two-Day Practical Workshop on “IDEA Framework” through the Future Founders Forum (FFF), functioning under Innovation Club, SSIP and SEP.

The workshop was organized and liaisoned by Dr. Chintan Pandya, Coordinator – Future Founders Forum, with the objective of developing innovative thinking and digital skills among students.

The sessions were conducted by Dr. Maulik N. Pandya, Founder – Webial Technology Pvt. Ltd., Startup Mentor and AI Expert, who guided students on transforming ideas into practical innovations using modern digital tools.

Nearly 70 students enthusiastically participated in this practical and interactive workshop.
