GCA Umpires Acamdemy

We are glad to inform you that under the banner of Gujarat Cricket Association, We shortly starting with a new initiative of Umpires Academy for the new Upcoming Umpires who want to pursue ther career as an Umpire.

The academy will be equipped with separate class room space containing all the modern facilities like power point presentation on Laws of Cricket with relavant videos, explaination and demonstatring filed techniques also. The guest lectureres shall be invited on current topics/ issues from the panel of retired or current Umpires from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) preferred International Umpires. The candiates will be provided with basic literature along with the art of field training session
The director of the Academy shall be Mr. Amish Saheba - International Umpire India and State of Gujarat shall be imparting his vast knowledge in the field of Cricket Umpiring who has experience of 52 One day Internationals 5 test matches in India and abroad with over 100 Ranji trophy matches.
