toh body mein sabse pehle alert kidney bhejti hai.

Kidney ke juxtaglomerular cells release karte hain Erythropoietin — a peptide hormone that stimulates bone marrow to produce more RBCs.

Low oxygen in blood → Erythropoietin release → Increased RBC formation.

Isi liye kidney disorders mein anemia commonly dekha jata hai.
