The Learning Exposure Study Tour under the initiative of the Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat (KCG) was organized by A.G. Teachers College (Autonomous), Ahmedabad on 14 March 2026 at the historic town of Vadnagar. The tour included 80 participants, comprising faculty members and student teachers. The program was coordinated by Gujarat Tourism through its heritage initiative Atulya Varso, which aims to promote the cultural and historical heritage of Gujarat through guided educational visits. The study tour was designed to provide experiential learning opportunities and to help participants understand the historical, cultural, and architectural significance of Gujarat’s heritage sites.

A two-day Research Methodology Workshop sponsored by Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat (KCG) was successfully organized at A.G. Teachers College with the participation of 40 faculty members and research scholars.

The workshop covered important areas such as research problem formulation, variables and hypothesis development, data analysis using SPSS, Artificial Intelligence tools in research, research ethics and plagiarism, and global researcher identity (ORCID, Scopus ID, Researcher ID).

Expert sessions were conducted by Prof. Dr. S. S. Shukla, Prof. Dr. Mamta Brahmbhatt, Prof. Dr. Viral Jadav, Dr. Rakesh Parmar, and Dr. G. S. Patel.

The workshop was guided by Dr. K. H. Yadav (Offg. Principal) and coordinated by Dr. G. S. Patel.

The program provided valuable insights into modern research practices, digital research tools, and ethical academic writing, benefiting all participants in strengthening their research skills.

A. G. Teachers College, Ahmedabad organises One-day workshop on “AI Tools in Education” dated on 02/03/2026. The expert sessions delivered by Dr. Pathik Barot and Mr. Atulkumar Bhatt. Participants of this workshop were B.Ed. Trainees, In-service Teachers of different schools of Ahmedabad City and Faculties of B.Ed. Colleges. The primary goal of the workshop was to demystify artificial intelligence and provide hands-on insights into integrating AI tools into daily pedagogical practices. The workshop aimed to equip educators with the skills necessary to transition from traditional teaching methods to tech-enabled, personalized learning environments.

A.G. Teachers College organized a workshop on “Entrepreneurship Skill, Attitude and Behaviour Development” under the SSIP and Innovation Club on 11th March 2026. The event was coordinated by Dr. Snehlata A. Pandya, with the expert speaker being warmly welcomed by Principal Dr. Kaushal H. Yadav.
The keynote speaker, Mr. Dhananjay Raval, innovator , National Award winner, Science Communicator and director of Ankur Electronics Corporation, Ahmedabad, inspired students from Science, Arts, and Commerce streams. He encouraged them to think beyond their comfort zones and embrace opportunities in entrepreneurship. Mr. Raval emphasized the role of knowledge and initiative in becoming independent entrepreneurs.
The session concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Dr. Snehlata A. Pandya, who expressed gratitude to the speaker and attendees. She particularly appreciated Mr. Dhananjay Raval for his humbleness despite his remarkable achievements and for inspiring students to embrace the entrepreneurial mindset. She also thanked participants for making the workshop a success.

A.G. Teachers College (Autonomous) organized a session on games as innovative pedagogy under SSIP and Innovation Club of A.G. Teachers College. The program was coordinated by Dr. Snehlata A. Pandya under the guide ship of Principal (Offg.) Dr. Kaushal H. Yadav madam.
The resource person for the session was Dr. Snehlata A. Pandya who taught students how the game of housie that can be used in classrooms during bag less Saturdays, how game can be prepared and played in different subjects like languages, commerce, accounts social sciences and even mathematics which ate major methods in B.Ed. Colleges. The session very well discussed the various rules, criteria and ways housie game can be included and how the pedagogy can be used in different subjects. She also gave examples of science housie games which were made by science students and motivated other subjects students to make such games for future use in schools . She also gave ideas how these games can also be prepared as activity kits readily available to schools to be used by teachers. Total 31 students of semester -2 took part in the session. All of them enjoyed playing games. She also gave ideas how these games can be prepared into activity kits and can become a good idea for future educational start-ups.

A one day seminar on “Integration of Indian Knowledge System in School Education” was successfully organized on 26th February 2026 at AG Teachers College, sponsored by the Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat (KCG). The programme was efficiently coordinated by Dr. S. A. Pandya, and the expert speakers and participants were warmly welcomed by Dr. K.H. Yadav.

The first session was delivered by Dr. Rajesh R. Rathod on Indian Knowledge System in Curriculum. He emphasized the meaningful integration of Indian knowledge traditions into school education and highlighted the importance of values and ethics through storytelling as an effective teaching method.

The second session was conducted by Mr. Paras Sharma from Tanmay Space Centre, Ahmedabad, who spoke on Ancient Indian Astronomy. His presentation was highly interactive and enriched the participants with insights into India’s scientific heritage.

The third session was presented by Dr. Archana D. Patel on “ભારતીય જ્ઞાન પરંપરા દ્વારા સર્વાંગી વિકાસ.” She explained various mudras and referred to shlokas from the Mahabharata, Ramayana, and Rigveda, linking them to the mental, physical, and moral development of individuals.

Around 105 students actively participated in the seminar. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Dr. S. A. Pandya. The seminar proved to be informative, inspiring, and successfully conducted.

A seminar on “Budget Analysis with Respect to the Education Sector and Skill Building in the Indian Economy” was organized on 10 February 2026 at A.G. Teachers college. The program aimed to provide students with an understanding of recent budget provisions and their impact on education and skill development initiatives in India.
The seminar was coordinated by Dr. S. A Pandya. The expert speaker for the session was Mr. Chandrashekhar Tilak, who delivered an insightful lecture on budget allocations, government policies, and their implications for higher education and vocational training. He highlighted the importance of skill-building programs in strengthening the Indian economy and enhancing employability among youth.
Around 50 students actively participated in the seminar and engaged in an interactive discussion with the speaker. The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. S. L. Solanki, expressing gratitude to the speaker, coordinator, and participants for making the seminar successful.
