The institute comprises of nine U.G. All the departments of the institute have well equipped laboratories to cater the U. G.

department such as electrical engg., chemical engg., computer engg., information technology, Instrumentation & control engg., Electronics & Commu. Engg., Mechanical, civil, Power Electronics, Mechanical, applied mechanics, mathematics, etc. as well as P.G. programmes. In addition facilities such as library, computer center, Internet facility and workshop are also available. Laboratories :
Each dep

artment has modern, well-equipped laboratories for U.G. Most of the laboratories are recognised for testing and standardization by the various organization. Through central assistance, the various laboratories of the institute are continuously modernized. In emerging areas, new laboratories of the institute are being established. In addition to practical and projects of students, the laboratories also cater for industrial testing on diverse fields. Mechanical Workshop :
The Institute workshop is fully equipped with modern machine tools and machineries to cater to acquainting the students with basic operations of manufacturing and production. Library :
Institute library has about 10590 technical books and about 45 national and international periodicals. The library has latest collection of reference books, handbooks, encyclopedias and Indian Standards. The library has book bank facility for students. Moreover, each department is having their own library for ready reference. Extra reading facility from early morning to evening is arranged during preparation time for examination. Computing Facility :
The computing facility is quite adequate and is expanding. Each department has its own computer center with latest systems. Pentium based multimedia system and large number of Pentium and other personal computer are in use. In addition to this 4 Mbps leased line for Internet networking is installed and all computer centers of all departments are connected with the Internet facility. Training and Placement Cell :
The placement and training cell of the institute serves as an efficient linkage between the institute and the industry. The main objective of the cell is to focus on the over-all development of the students through training and expert lectures. The cell is functioning with interaction with industrial experts, professional engineers and management consultants. The cell also arranges industrial visit of the faculty members. The students of our institute were selected in various campus interviews like Army-University Entry Scheme, Satyam Computers, HCL Infotech, Circuits Systems, Torrent Power, Torrent India, L & T infotech Ltd., M/s. Persistence Systems, etc. The cell is interacting with various companies for recruitment of the students as graduate engineer, trainee, software development engineer or management trainee. Special classes are conducted to improve the communication skills of the students. The cell looks forward for the placement of the students of all disciplines of the institute. We foresee to join hands with the industrial giants for the placement of the students of all the disciplines of the institute in the new campus. Students' Section :
This section looks after admission, registration, students records, sessional and university examination, scholarships, concessions, issue of identity cards and certificate such as bonafied, students records, tracnscripts and in formations provisional passing rank etc. They also provide the necessary guidance and information to the students whenever required.

23rd National Youth Festival (NYF) 2020 had been organized at "Indira Pratishthan", Lucknow from 12th January 2020 to 16th January 2020 based on the theme "FIT YOUTH ,FIT INDIA" NYF 2020 had around 6000 participants (volunteers from NYKS, NSS and local youth) from each State of India. A cultural procession was carried out in which all volunteers represented the culture of their respective states.

Different competitions such as (Folk Dance, One Act Play, Hindustani Vocal Solo, Carnatic Vocal Solo, Elocution, harmonium Light, Tabla, Mridangam, Veena, Flute, Sitar, Guitar, Dances Manipuri, Odissi, Kuchupuri, Bharatnatyam, Kathak) were organised for volunteers of NYK and Non Competitive Events such as (Young Artist Camp, Yuva Kriti, Food festival, Adventure Camp, Suvichar, Youth Convention) had been organized for volunteers of NSS.
