We will be concerned with general fitness like Circuit training. This refers to general fitness unde He specializes in race walking and 400m hurdles.
THE CIRCUIT CROSSFIT TRAINING CENTRE
The activities included are:
1) Circuit training
2) Flexibility training
3) Basic fitness
4) Weight loss
5) Marathon training
6) Power walk
Classes will be conducted by Siddharth Baide. He has been trained as a professional athlete for the past 15 years and has won 3 medals consecutively at nationals for 20km race walk.

A 45 day fitness focused camp including medium to high level calisthenics and plyometrics training routine designed personally by the coaches who are former national athletes.
Tailored Yog and meditation classes to cool your body down after the intensive workouts.
