Patel Co-operative Management Centre, Kamrej, Surat. 🤝📚

🏵️ The Programme was inaugurated by Ghanshyam Amin (Charmain GSCU) along with Honorary Secretary of GSCU Bhikhubhai Z Patel and Arvindbhai D. Tagadiya, whose inspiring presence encouraged all participants and faculty members. 🙏✨

🎉 ગુજરાત સ્ટેટ કોઓપ બેંક – સ્થાપના દિવસની ઉજવણી 🎉

ગુજરાત સ્ટેટ કોઓપ બેંકના ૧લી મેના સ્થાપના દિવસ નિમિત્તે ઉજવણી ઉત્સાહભેર યોજાઈ. આ પ્રસંગે રાજ્ય સહકારી સંઘના અધ્યક્ષ ઘનશ્યામભાઈ અમીન નું બૅંકના ચેરમેન અજયભાઈ પટેલ દ્વારા બુકે આપી હાર્દિક સ્વાગત કરવામાં આવ્યું.

આ ઉજવણી દરમિયાન ઘનશ્યામભાઈ અમીન અને અજયભાઈ પટેલ એ તમામ અધિકારીઓની ઉપસ્થિતિમાં કેક કાપી સ્થાપના દિવસને યાદગાર બનાવ્યો.

The Gujarat State Co-operative Union (GSCU) successfully organized a one-day seminar on Capacity Building and Skill Development on 2nd April 2026 at JCTC, Ahmedabad.

The program featured an engaging Resin Art Hands-on Training along with an insightful ATIRA Training Awareness Session, aimed at enhancing practical skills and promoting innovative learning among participants.

The seminar witnessed enthusiastic participation and served as a valuable platform for knowledge sharing, creativity, and skill enhancement—strengthening the cooperative movement through capacity development.

The Gujarat State Cooperative Union was honored to welcome the Chairman and Directors of the Odisha State Cooperative Union on 2nd April 2026.

The visit was graced by the valuable presence of Ghanshyam Amin, Chairman of the Gujarat State Cooperative Union, whose leadership continues to inspire the cooperative movement.

The interaction marked a meaningful exchange of ideas, experiences, and best practices, strengthening cooperative development and innovation across states.

During their visit, the delegation also explored the Training Center in Ahmedabad, gaining firsthand experience of capacity-building initiatives and modern training approaches.

🎉 Celebrating 80 Glorious Years of Leadership 🎉

The 80th birthday of respected Shri Ghanshyambhai Amin, Chairman of Aslali Seva Sahakari Mandali Ltd., was celebrated in a grand and dignified manner in the presence of the managing committee members.

Shri Amin has been a guiding force for numerous cooperative institutions at the state, national, and international levels. Through his strong leadership and vision, he has significantly contributed to taking organizations to greater heights of development.

On this special occasion, Dr. Rajendra Trivedi, Executive Officer of Gujarat State Cooperative Union, and Shri D.C. Vaghela, Executive Officer of Gujarat State Credit Federation, were specially present. Their presence made the event even more prestigious and memorable.

🚀 Successful Completion of 3-Day ERP Training Program

The Gujarat State Cooperative Union successfully organized a 3-Day ERP Software Training Program for PACS societies of Valsad District from 12th to 14th March 2026 at APMC Nanapondha.

👥 A total of 56 participants from various PACS societies actively took part in the program.
🎯 The training was effectively conducted under the guidance of Mr. Ravikiran Mundhva (Program Coordinator).

• Understanding ERP concepts and its application in PACS
• Digital Member Lifecycle management
• Deposit & Term Deposit automation
• Credit management (KCC, MT, LT loans)
• Loan diversification & borrowing modules
• Inventory, PDS & warehouse logistics management
• Hands-on ERP practice and evaluation

🌸 Refresher Training Program (Training of Trainers) for Women Cooperative Education Instructors 🌸

The Gujarat State Cooperative Union, Ahmedabad successfully organized a Refresher Course (Training of Trainers – TOT) for Women Cooperative Education Instructors on 10 March 2026.

The program aimed to strengthen the knowledge and training capacity of women instructors working in the cooperative sector.

👩‍🏫 Expert Session:
The program featured an insightful session by Smt. Savitri Singh, (Former Deputy Chief Executive - NCUI), who explained various Women-Centric Government Schemes in India that empower women and support their economic growth and future development also Opportunities for Leadership and Rural Development

📚 Key Sessions Covered:
• Importance of Time Management for effective training and leadership
• Microfinance and Banking Sector
• Role of Dairy Cooperatives in rural women’s empowerment
• PACS Computerization and (Smart Digital Tools for Cooperatives) ERP Software – digital transformation in Primary Agricultural Credit Societies.

The training provided valuable knowledge and practical insights to enhance the effectiveness of women instructors in promoting cooperative education and strengthening the cooperative movement.

🌸 Celebrating Women’s Strength & Empowerment! 🌸

In celebration of International Women’s Day, the Gujarat State Co-operative Union organized a State-Level Women Co-operative Seminar – 2026 on 9 March 2026 at Rabindranath Tagore Hall, Paldi, Ahmedabad. The seminar focused on the theme “Role of Women Power in the Cooperative Sector for an Atmanirbhar Bharat.” 🌍✨

Presiding over the seminar, Shri Ghanshyambhai Amin emphasized that "Cooperative activities are one of the most effective ways to empower women by giving them meaningful recognition and opportunities."

Ahmedabad Mayor Smt. Pratibhaben Jain encouraged women to understand various “Sahkar Se Samriddhi” initiatives and move towards employment, self-reliance, and leadership in the cooperative sector.

Chief Guest Smt. Savitri Singh released the booklet “Sahakare Mahila Uday” and highlighted the importance of awareness and women’s rights in cooperatives.

Smt. Jalpaben Jain, Regional Minister of Sahakar Bharati (Gujarat), guided participants on financial literacy and digital awareness to strengthen women’s participation in cooperatives.

During the event, Smt. ManiBehen J Chaudhary (livestock farmer from Banaskantha) and Smt. Varshaben Bhatti, founder of The Mahila Vikas Cooperative Thrift & Credit Society, were honored for their remarkable contributions to women empowerment.

Around 1000 women members from cooperative institutions across Gujarat participated in the seminar, making it a powerful platform for inspiration, learning, and strengthening the cooperative movement. 💪🌼

ગુજરાત રાજ્ય સહકારી સંઘ, અમદાવાદના ઉપક્રમે રાજ્યની વિવિધ કોલેજોમાં અભ્યાસ કરતી યુવા બહેનો માટે આંતરરાષ્ટ્રીય સહકારિતા વર્ષ–૨૦૨૫ નિમિત્તે “આત્મનિર્ભર ભારત માટે સહકારી ક્ષેત્ર શ્રેષ્ઠ માધ્યમ છે” વિષય પર યુવા મહિલા સેમિનાર – ૨૦૨૬ તા. ૧૯/૦૧/૨૦૨૬ના રોજ ટાગોર હોલ, પાલડી, અમદાવાદ ખાતે સફળતાપૂર્વક યોજાયો.

શ્રી સંજયભાઈ રાવલનો પ્રેરણાદાયી સંબોધન 🌟

યુવા મહિલા સેમિનારમાં મોટીવેશનલ સ્પીકર શ્રી સંજયભાઈ રાવલએ વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓને સંબોધતા તેમની અંદર છુપાયેલી શક્તિઓ ઉજાગર કરી સફળતા પ્રાપ્ત કરવા માટે પ્રેરક માર્ગદર્શન આપ્યું. તેમણે જણાવ્યું કે આ સેમિનારનું સાચું સાર્થક ત્યારે જ ગણાય જ્યારે વિદ્યાર્થીનીઓ સહકારી ક્ષેત્ર સાથે જોડાઈ પોતાની ઉજ્જવળ કારકિર્દીનું નિર્માણ કરે. સાથે સાથે આજના સમયમાં સોશિયલ મીડિયાનો સમજદારીપૂર્વક અને સાવધાની સાથે ઉપયોગ કરવો કેટલો જરૂરી છે તે બાબતે પણ તેમણે મહત્વપૂર્ણ સૂચનો આપ્યા.

શ્રી રાવલે જીવનમાં સફળતા માટેના સરળ પરંતુ શક્તિશાળી સૂત્રો શેર કરતાં જણાવ્યું કે જે કરો તે બેસ્ટ કરો, દરેક કાર્યમાં સંપૂર્ણ સમર્પણ અને શ્રેષ્ઠતા રાખશો તો સફળતા નિશ્ચિત મળશે. તેમણે ભગવાન પર શ્રદ્ધા રાખવા, તેમજ દરરોજ માતા-પિતાને પગે લાગી તેમના આશીર્વાદ મેળવવા પર વિશેષ ભાર મૂક્યો અને જણાવ્યું કે આ જીવનમૂલ્યો આત્મવિશ્વાસ, સંસ્કાર અને સકારાત્મક દૃષ્ટિકોણને મજબૂત બનાવે છે.

આ પ્રેરણાદાયી વિચારો દ્વારા યુવા બહેનોને આત્મવિશ્વાસ સાથે આગળ વધવાની નવી દિશા મળી અને સફળતાના માર્ગે દ્રઢ પગલાં ભરવાની પ્રેરણા મળી 🌱
