“Empowering Growth” – is chaired and founded by Reji M Pillai in year 2008 an MBA in HR and Operations Management from University of Sunderland and double graduate in Physics and Information Technologies. Reji, has more than 12 years of experience in Operations and HR Management in various roles in the industry segment of Retail Business, Operations Management, Services and Education Industry. Since the inception of “Empowering Growth” Reji has worked with more than 100 plus Entrepreneurs, SME’s and Professional Individuals helping them achieve their growth through proper setting of Goals, Team Management and providing Management Consultancy and Training Modules as per the needs of the client with an sole objective of their Growth.
“Catalyst” – as Reji is fondly called by the business associate and in the professional circles, has always been the front runner in helping in the clients growth and success through his various verticals.
