Unleash your culinary magic and showcase your signature biryani!

There will be separate areas for vegan, Jain, Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian participants.

👩‍🍳 Participation Guidelines
• You may enter the competition with any biryani (or similar mixed rice preparation like pulao) of your choice.
• Participants are allowed to bring pre-prepared marinated ingredients and aromatic spices from home like caramelised fried onion slices, ground spices, marinated proteins, etc.

🍚 What Will Be Provided at the Venue
• Fortune Basmati Rice
• A choice of edible oils
• Cookers, fryers, stoves, and plates

⏱️ Time Allocation
• 1½ hours for complete preparation
(from rinsing and soaking the rice to cooking, resting, and garnishing)
• 10 minutes grace time for final plating and presentation before jury tasting begins
