Started a Life-Skills program 'Vidyarthi Vikas Vartul' at C.N. Vidyalaya for the students. Poiesis Achievement Foundation has added a new form of doing Life-skills program in Gujarati on school premises.We are invited for the third year as children have loved the program and it created an impact. I am having satisfaction of giving back to my school who has shaped me in a beautiful way.Thanks to Dr.Vaishaliben,Director and others in management.

We did a year long program at C.N.School with 2 groups of children with the name-Vidyarthi Vikas Vartul. We did the prog. in Gujarati.It was a very satisfying experience with a lot of insights. Working with children is always heartwarming. Our gratitude for the opportunity to the director Dr.Vaishaliben Shah and Kishor Vidyalaya Principal Shree Chandrabhushan Pasi sir. Going back to my school in a different role was thrilling.

Ms. Beena Handa, our founding director, was invited by Redbricks Education Foundation as a Resource person to interact with students for discussion on ‘Leadership Skills’. It was a part of their curriculum project for Higher secondary students, on learning research skills through survey. The school believes in going beyond subject knowledge and impart skills that helps at all stages of life.

The session covered theoretical part as well as experiential exercises through which children were able to internalize and understand the true meaning and challenges of 'Leadership'. The qualities of leader were listed based on discussions. In the reflective part, the students shared the qualities on which they will work. Beena ben shared her experience and guided students on how to acquire these qualities by simple practices at their age. The students were very enthusiastic and participative throughout the session.

We at Poiesis have inspired over 4,500 young minds to become achievers and leaders in a variety of fields. The learning has instilled values in children, such as ethics, morality, and social responsibility. It is always heartening to meet past students and parents and know their progress.
