Students of Grade 7 actively participated in an engaging Hindi activity designed to strengthen their self-esteem skills. Through an interactive flash card activity, students picked different situations, analysed them, and shared their responses confidently. The activity encouraged self-awareness, positive thinking, decision-making, and effective communication while helping students understand the importance of valuing themselves and their abilities.

It was a meaningful learning experience that fostered confidence, reflection, and personal growth in a fun and collaborative environment.

Educators of Anand Niketan Shilaj Campus, from Pre-Primary to Grade 6, came together for an engaging workshop on the Norms of Collaboration, fostering a shared commitment towards excellence, teamwork, and continuous growth.

Through meaningful discussions, collaborative activities, and reflective learning, educators explored key aspects of school functioning, including Smart Board Norms, Sathi Sahyogi, Maintenance Records, Wellness Room, Vision, Philosophy and Ethos, Falcon award, General Responsibilities, Code of Professional Conduct, and other essential practices that strengthen our learning community.

A significant outcome of the workshop was the collective creation of norms by the educators themselves. By actively participating in establishing these shared expectations, educators modelled the importance of ownership, responsibility, and collaboration. Inspired by this process, students too will be encouraged to co-create their own classroom norms, fostering a sense of belonging, accountability, and respect within their learning spaces.

The workshop provided a valuable platform to align understanding, exchange ideas, and reinforce a culture of professional excellence.

Fostering entrepreneurial thinking and future-ready skills, Anand Niketan Shilaj Campus organised an educational visit to the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDI), Gandhinagar, for students of Grades 12 Bindu and 12 Chirayu.The visit provided valuable insights into the world of entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation.
Through engaging interactions and experiential learning opportunities, students explored the entrepreneurial journey, discovered the importance of creative problem-solving, and gained inspiration to transform ideas into meaningful ventures. At Anand Niketan, we believe in nurturing curious minds by encouraging students to learn through exploration, experimentation, and discovery. Our Grade 7 students explored the rules that govern motion through a hands-on pendulum activity, where they observed, investigated, and analysed the factors affecting movement. By engaging in the process of experimenting first and drawing conclusions through their own observations, students developed critical thinking, scientific inquiry skills, and a deeper understanding of the laws of motion.
