Before the Admission Season begins, IIT Roorkee has announced the James Thomason Scholarship for JEE entrants with an All India Rank up to 300 and 500, under the following conditions.

All students who take admission in IIT Roorkee through JEE and satisfy any one of the two eligibility conditions mentioned below will be provided the James Thomason Scholarship.

Eligibility:
1. Students with an All India Rank up to 300.
2. The best ranked student joining in each department provided his/her All India Rank is within 500.

The James Thomason Scholarship will provide Rs. 25000/- per month for his/her complete program subject to securing a minimum of 8.00 CGPA in each academic year.
