But for this to come about fully, it requires the training of the engineer with a balanced view of the importance of technical and non-technical skills hand in hand. This will be the confidence, which will stay from inherent strength, values, teamwork, dedication and vision. Chemical Engineering Students Association (ChESA) is one such organization that believes that the strongest people are not always the people who win but the people who dont give up when they lose are the ones who make a difference. Thus, to reach that place where there is no looking back: Seminars, Lectures Series, Competitions, Social Activities, Workshops etc. have always been held to fill the differences between technical skills and life skills for the evolution of a Complete Engineer.
