Vidyavihar was established in 1912 to provide holistic school education which would foster and preserve Indian ethos. As India’s freedom struggle took its roots in Ahmedabad, C. N.’s educational philosophy came to be strongly inspired by Gandhian values and principles. What started as a boarding facility, developed over time to address the larger educational needs of the society – mainly its children and the youth.
