Participants who cleared LEVEL-1
Group Discussion, on the spot Topic would be given for Group Discussion. There can be more than one round. It will increase your chance to get selected. LEVEL 2- CONCEPT DESIGNING/AD MAKING=================================

On the spot Topic would be given, you have to design concept/AD on that Topic. Topic can be any: - Product, Project, Brand, Concept etc…
You would be given time think over that topic to design Concept/AD. You have to present in front of judges your Concept/AD after that. LEVEL 3- BUSINESS PLAN=================================

Participants who have cleared LEVEL-3 have to plan and simulate their business idea on a real time basis and give them a rich learning experience so as to think on their feet. Identify and select business opportunities and prepare plans for implementation keeping in mind the following parameters:-
1) Idea and value proposition,
2) Creation of social value,
3) Technical feasibility and innovative idea of the project ,
4) Competitor analysis,
5) Financial viability,
6) Market Feasibility,
7) Risk analysis and the risk mitigation strategies,
