Today one of our Shakshant labs at Narol had visitors. 's Public Affairs Officer Brenda Soya and Strategic Planning, Research & Analysis Specialist Tasneem Kalsekar visited our Sashakt lab in Vishwabharati school.
Their interest in our lab's innovative approach to STEM Education & hands-on leanring is a testament to its impact. We had the opportunity to showcase our lab's capabilities including DIY models, Smart TV integration, Advanced working models, Special models of robotics and discuss the transformative experiences it offers our students.
She asked students about their science fair projects, what things they have learnt from Sashakt lab. Students were also eager to know more about Brenda, what type of education she pursued, what role she plays right now, etc. Some students also asked for her suggestions on what to take care of if they want to become scientists, engineers and work in the police force.
A special thanks to our Founder, Monica Yadav, for providing invaluable insights into the lab's journey, challenges, and successes.

During one seminar, we posed a simple yet thought-provoking question: "What sets STEM education apart from traditional education, and why is it so special?"
and we thought it is not only an important but STEM is a key to the future. Here are four practical reasons why is stating that:
1. Continuous technological advancement: As technology continues to evolve and advance, STEM skills will be increasingly in demand to develop and implement new technologies.
2. High-paying jobs: STEM fields offer high-paying and fulfilling job opportunities that are in high demand in today's job market. Whether you're interested in software engineering, data analysis, or robotics, there are endless opportunities to excel in STEM fields and make a meaningful impact on the world around you.
3. Addressing global challenges: STEM fields are critical to addressing global challenges such as climate change, healthcare, and energy management. STEM professionals are needed to develop solutions to these and other professions as well.
4. Innovation and Creativity: STEM education fosters innovation and creativity by encouraging individuals to think critically, problem-solve, and apply scientific methods to develop groundbreaking solutions. STEM professionals play a vital role in pushing boundaries, exploring new frontiers, and driving technological and scientific advancements that shape the future.
These are only key points, there are many others as well. STEM affect you in micro and macro level and you won't even realised it.

The students in the STEM lab are exploring the world of electromagnetic fields, which promises to expand their knowledge and understanding of science and technology.
Making science fun and engaging is the key to making students curious. Students explored the mysterious world of magnetism with a simple experiment using iron filings and a magnet.
The look of wonder on their faces as the iron filings danced and aligned into fascinating patterns around the magnet was priceless! It's a great reminder that science is all around us, waiting to be discovered.

Dear Teachers,
Thank you for guiding us, inspiring us and making us what we are today!
..
Although the contribution of teachers have always been remarkable in students' life, but this Teachers' Day requires a special gratitude towards the Unsung Warriors!
Taking education to the next level, this year may have given us tough times, but our teachers have surely been a ray of hope.
It has been challenging for each one of us to cope-up with our child's education, but teachers have been our lock-down mentors. They have been a support system throughout and have helped students cope with online classes and tests.
They went on to learn a few methods & techniques of teaching themselves, just for The Students.
..
So, this Teachers' Day, our entire team of Respire Experiential Learning send our heartfelt gratitude to the Teachers all over the World.
Happy Teachers' Day!!!
