Bhavans RPICM in association with Harilal Bhagwati Institute of Communication and Management, Ahmedabad, witnessed a highly engaging and informative two-day workshop on ChatGPT and other AI tools, held on October 17 and 18 at the Kanti Bhatt Memorial Hall.

The event drew a diverse audience of undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as working professionals, all eager to learn about artificial intelligence's growing impact in various fields.

The workshop was conducted by Desai Shah, a seasoned industry professional with over two decades of experience orchestrating successful fashion events and creating viral content for elite clientele.

Her deep expertise added tremendous value to the discussions on the revolutionary role of AI in modern industries.

The program covered a broad spectrum of AI-related topics, starting with an introduction to artificial intelligence and an overview of various AI tools and their key features. Shah also addressed some of the common controversies and misconceptions surrounding ChatGPT, offering participants a balanced perspective on the tool's real-world applications.

The hands-on sessions, which included a deep dive into ChatGPT, Prompt Engineering, and a demonstration of the AI tool MidJourney, were particularly well-received.

Designation: Academic cm Studio Coordinator
Job Type: Full-time position

Key Responsibilities
Managing the academic processes of the institute and the operation of studio space.
Coordinating between faculty, students.
Assist in the scheduling, planning, and ex*****on of academic programs, including course timetables, assessments, and faculty assignments.

Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with studio equipment/software relevant to the field.
