પ્રકાશ કોલેજ ઓફ એજ્યુકેશન દ્વારા ફલોરેસેન્ટ પબ્લિક સ્કૂલમાં શિક્ષણ અભિમુખતા કાર્યક્રમ યોજાયો

એમ.આર. પટેલ એજ્યુકેશનલ કેમ્પસ, થલતેજમાં ફ્લોરેસેન્ટ પબ્લિક સ્કૂલ તેમજ મિત્ર શાળાઓના શિક્ષકો માટે શિક્ષણ અભિમુખતા પ્રકલ્પ અંતર્ગત બે દિવસીય શૈક્ષણિક સેમિનારનું આયોજન કરાયું છે. જેનું ઉદ્ઘાટન જીસીઈઆરટીના નિયામક ડો‌.પ્રકાશભાઈ ત્રિવેદીએ કર્યું હતું. કાર્યક્રમના અધ્યક્ષ સ્થાને સ્થાપક ટ્રસ્ટી મોતીભાઈ પટેલ, મુખ્ય મહેમાન તરીકે અમદાવાદ જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિકારી જે.કે. પટેલ, મેનેજિંગ ટ્રસ્ટી નિકિતાબેન, ટ્રસ્ટી માર્યેશભાઈ ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા. આ શૈક્ષણિક સેમિનારમાં 100 કરતાં વધુ શિક્ષકો સહભાગી બની રહ્યા છે.
ઉદ્ઘાટન કાર્યક્રમમાં મહેમાનશ્રીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થાઓ દ્વારા યોજાતા આવા શૈક્ષણિક કાર્યક્રમો સરકારની શૈક્ષણિક નીતિઓની સફળતામાં સહભાગી બનતા હોય છે. આ પ્રકારના શૈક્ષણિક સેમીનાર શિક્ષકોની શૈક્ષણિક ગુણવત્તા અને શાળાનું શૈક્ષણિક વાતાવરણ હકારાત્મક બનાવે છે. તેઓએ પોતાના વક્તવ્યમાં ઉમેર્યું હતું કે રાષ્ટ્રીય શિક્ષણ નીતિ બાળકને કેન્દ્રસ્થાને રાખીને ‘લર્નિંગ ટુ લર્ન ‘શિખતા શીખવવું જેવી બાબતો પર ધ્યાન રાખે છે. આજના શિક્ષણમાં ભારત જ્ઞાનમાં અગ્રસ્થાને છે પરંતુ કૌશલ્યનો અભાવ હોવાથી તે દૂર કરવા કૌશલ્યના વિકાસને મહત્વ આપવામાં આવેલ છે. શિક્ષકોએ શિખતા રહેવું જોઈએ.
શ્રેષ્ઠ શિક્ષક રાજ્ય અને રાષ્ટ્રપતિ એવોર્ડ પ્રાપ્ત કર્તા નિયામક ડો.કિરીટ જોષીએ જણાવ્યું હતું કે શિક્ષણમાં બદલાતા પ્રવાહો અને રાષ્ટ્રીય શિક્ષણ નીતિથી માહિતગાર થઈ તેનું વર્ગખંડમાં સફળ અમલીકરણ કેવી રીતે કરી શકાય આ બાબતને ધ્યાનમાં લઇ સફળ શિક્ષક બનાવતા મૂલ્યો અને કૌશલ્યો, વર્ગખંડમાં શિક્ષક અને વિદ્યાર્થીની સક્રિયતાનું મહત્વ, શિક્ષણ વધુ રસપ્રદ બનાવીએ અને શિક્ષકમાં સામાજિક સ્તરીકરણ જેવા વિષયોને અગ્રણી તજજ્ઞ શિક્ષણ નિરીક્ષક ડો.કેતન વ્યાસ, ડો. ગણપત પટેલ, ડો.મહેશ ઠક્કર તેમજ દેવેન્દ્રભાઈ પારેખ માર્ગદર્શન આપી રહ્યા છે.
