This is to inform you all that we got required approvals from management for 25th Feb’23 for College Reunion Event.
The details of event is as below:
1. Date - 25th Feb’23
2. Day - Saturday
3. Time - 7-10 pm
4. Dinner
5. Location : College Campus
6. Invitee : Feel free to bring your spouse and kids.
The cost of event is managed from the available fund but we are collecting 100 INR as a token of confirmation per member to get assurance of coming to plan the event for no of members accordingly. If you are bringing your spouse then 200 INR (no cost for kids)
Please find QR code for online payment. Already received 15 members confirmation, all of you are requested to close payment before 20th Feb’23 till 4 pm for us to plan accordingly. Any query related to payment, Pls connect Abhishek via whatsapp.
As mentioned earlier, events are successful with great team work. We look forward to our friends who can contribute to be a part of planning the event.
