After I started practicing yoga with Habuild, first I didn't want to miss a single class as it is so engaging unlike other yoga classes. You have exercises for each and every tiny body part and that too at your own pace. Second, Saurabh Bothra Sir motivates you to do certain exercises which you otherwise wouldn't have tried even🤪
Third you feel so healthy from inside that transpires onto your exterior self. Your thought process changes for the better.

Happy Mother's day to all the mothers out there.
My mother who is such an inspiration to all around her teaches us literally age is just a number. I am blessed to be a mother to two beautiful souls who tell me that mothers are true fairies to their children.

Be honest about your strengths, priorities, weaknesses. Couples need to have a discussion about what’s important to them as a family and what’s important to them individually.
How do you stop monitoring and start thinking of yourselves as equal co-parents? The balance and the distribution of who does what will look different for every family. But even if your current jobs or commutes make equal split impossible, there are ways to even things out.
Being in regular contact with both the parents makes the child open to discussions, sharing problems, asking for solutions, and guidance from them.

Self-esteem is a topic which cannot be measured by a yard stick. We have various ways to boost our self-esteem.
First things first, one must have a routine in their life - from waking up and going for a walk/exercise to doing your daily chores and fulfilling your official and personal responsibilities. Physical health is of utmost importance for everyone. Of course, the monotony should also be broken at times, isn't it?
Most important thing is acknowledging people. Having a grumpy face can put people off, so smile and acknowledge when people talk to you. This will have a ripple effect and you will get a smile in return! Do things with utmost honesty.
Sometimes the littlest of things can bring joy to you so focus on things which bring positive vibes around you. If you have pets or if you love nature, spend time with them and unwind yourself instead of being around people who give off negative vibes. You may also like to
listen to your favorite songs or watch your favorite comedy shows.
Love yourself because you are the best version of yourself...
