The winning team of Nihilanth 2018: IIM Ahmedabad!

The final quiz of Nihilanth 2018, the MELA quiz, saw the team from IIT Madras maintain their lead from the start to win it by a great margin and keeping the hopes of a 5th straight Nihilanth for IIT M alive.

However, the home team from IIM Ahmedabad (Aman, Prithvi and Mukilan) kept their cool in a close battle of next five teams to finish 3rd to win the Nihilanth 2018 for IIM Ahmedabad by a slender margin.

The Finals of the final quiz of Nihilanth 2018, the MELA quiz by Thejaswi Udupa is now underway.

With 6 points separating the hosts IIM Ahmedabad from the 4 times defending champions IIT Madras currently, it might go all the way down to the wire to decide the championship!

The penultimate quiz of the Nihilanth 2018, the Biz Quiz by Sachin Ravi saw a very close finish with IIT Bombay sealing the win in the last moments.

Nihilanth 2018 Day 2:

In the Sci-Tech quiz by Suraj Menon, the close prelims saw 7 teams from the IITs (2 teams each from IIT M and IIT D with one each from IIT Kgp, IIT K and IIT B ) and 2 teams from IIM Ahmedabad march into the finals.

3rd - IIM Ahmedabad (Aman, Nikhil and Prithvi)

After a 7.5 hours marathon and an early 3:30 am finish to the wonderful Sports Quiz by Major Chandrakant Nair (90 questions spanning across 45 sports) that was topsy turvy and went down to the wire to decide the podium on the very last question, here are the results:
