કર્મચારી સ્કૂલ આમ તો ઘરશાળાની કલ્પનાને સાકાર કરતી સંસ્થા છે. ઘર જેવું મુક્ત, સંયમિત અને લોકશાહી યુક્ત વાતાવરણ અહીં ગુંજિત છે. વિશાળ મેદાન, પર્યાપ્ત મકાન, સંવર્ધિત વનરાજીની સાથે સાથે 1976 ના આરસમાં સંસ્થા પાસે પોતાની પરિવહન (ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ) વ્યવસ્થા હતી. સેવા, સંગઠન અને સદભાવના પાયા પર રચાયેલી આ સંસ્થા વિધાર્થીકેન્દ્રી હતી, જે અને રહેશે. આજે 36 વર્ષે પણ ન તો તેનું વેપારીકરણ થયું છે કે ન તો તેની સેવામાં ઓટ આવી છે.
