SEBI Investor Awareness Test at SLIMS

SEBI Investor Awareness Test was conducted on 28 January 2026 at SomLalit Institute of Management Studies to promote awareness about the securities market and financial literacy. A total of 48 students participated enthusiastically in the quiz organized in association with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM).

Students who secured 100% marks were recognized and rewarded for their excellent performance. The institute sincerely thanks Dr. Ashwani Gupta for guiding and motivating students to actively participate in this initiative. 📊🎓🎓

Day 2 – Excel Workshop | Placement Readiness Initiative

Som Lalit Institute of Management Studies continues its 3-Day Excel Workshop (9–11 March 2026) aimed at strengthening students’ placement readiness and data analytics skills.

On Day 2, students received practical training on VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other advanced Excel functions used for effective data analysis and reporting in the corporate world.

The session was conducted by Mehul Gandhi, who shared practical insights and guided students through real-time exercises to enhance their analytical capabilities.

The workshop witnessed active student participation and hands-on learning, helping them build essential skills required for today's data-driven business environment.

3-Day Certificate Excel Workshop

The SOM Lalit Institute of Management Studies organized a 3-day Certificate Workshop on Microsoft Excel from 9th to 11th March 2026, conducted by Mr. Mehul Gandhi.

Day 1 (9th March 2026):
The session introduced students to basic Excel features such as data entry, formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization. Through hands-on practice, participants learned how Excel can be used for efficient data management and analysis.
