🎓Report on Sr. KG Convocation Ceremony🎓

The Sr. KG Convocation Ceremony was celebrated with great enthusiasm, pride, and joy, marking a significant milestone in the lives of our young learners.

The event was organized to honor the successful completion of the kindergarten journey and to celebrate the growth and achievements of our little graduates.

The programme began with a warm and cheerful welcome to the students, parents, and esteemed guests. Our tiny graduates, dressed beautifully in their convocation 🎓 attire, added charm and excitement to the atmosphere, making the occasion truly memorable.

The ceremony commenced with the auspicious lighting of the lamp.The respected Principal Sir, Primary Incharge, and Pre-Primary Incharge were cordially invited to light the lamp and grace the occasion. They were warmly welcomed with heartfelt words of appreciation.

Following this, the programme officially began with an inspiring speech by our Respected Principal Sir, who encouraged the students to continue learning with curiosity and confidence.

This was followed by heartfelt speeches from the Sr. KG class teachers, who shared their experiences with the students and highlighted their growth, creativity, and enthusiasm throughout the academic year.

The most awaited segment of the ceremony was the certificate distribution. Each student was called on stage and awarded a certificate for successfully completing their kindergarten
education.

Overall, the Sr. KG Convocation Ceremony was a grand success and will be cherished as a special memory by students, parents, and teachers alike.

An orientation program on Emotional Health in Teaching was organized on *April 16,2026* in our school to support teachers in managing stress and maintaining a positive classroom environment. The session was conducted by a professional psychologist *Mrs Kavita Raj Purohit* , who provided valuable insights into the emotional challenges faced by teachers in their daily work.
The program began with a brief introduction highlighting the importance of mental well-being in the teaching profession. The psychologist explained how emotional health directly impacts teaching effectiveness, student relationships, and overall job satisfaction.
During the session, various topics were covered, including stress management techniques, maintaining work-life balance, understanding students’ emotional needs, and handling difficult situations calmly. Interactive activities and real-life examples made the session engaging and relatable for all the participants.
The psychologist also guided teachers on simple practices such as mindfulness, deep breathing, and positive thinking to reduce anxiety and improve focus. Teachers were encouraged to share their experiences, which created a supportive and open environment.
The program concluded with a question-and-answer session, where teachers clarified their doubts and received practical suggestions. Overall, the orientation program was highly informative and beneficial. It helped teachers understand the importance of emotional well-being and equipped them with useful strategies to enhance both their personal and professional lives.

Parents Teachers Meeting Report

The PTM for Nursery and Junior KG was conducted on the above-mentioned date in a well-organized manner. The main objective of the meeting was to discuss the overall progress and development of the students with their parents.

The class teachers warmly welcomed the parents and shared insights about the children’s academic performance, behavior, and social development. Individual attention was given to each student, and their strengths as well as areas of improvement were discussed in detail.

Overall, the PTM was interactive and productive. It helped in strengthening the relationship between parents and teachers and ensured better understanding for the holistic development of the students.

The Annual Function of our school was celebrated with great enthusiasm on 9th February 2026 at the grand Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Auditorium, Vastral. The event was based on the inspiring theme “Tat Tvam Asi” (You Are That), conveying the powerful message that the divine resides within each one of us.

The function commenced with the traditional lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the dispelling of darkness and the spread of knowledge. The School President Mr K.R.S Dharan Sir, along with other esteemed dignitaries, graced the occasion, adding honor and pride to the celebration.

The program began with a soulful prayer, followed by a warm welcome address. A variety of cultural performances—including dances, dramas, and musical presentations—beautifully reflected the theme. Each performance effectively conveyed messages of self-realization, confidence, and inner strength.

The students displayed their talents with great confidence and enthusiasm, earning heartfelt applause from the audience. The School SNCM President and Principal addressed the gathering, inspiring students to recognize their inner potential and strive for excellence.

The event concluded with a sincere vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the President, dignitaries, teachers, parents, and students for their support in making the function a grand success.

Overall, the Annual Function was a memorable and meaningful celebration that encouraged everyone to believe in themselves and understand the true essence of “Tat Tvam Asi.”

🏆 Outstanding Achievement in Taekwondo Championship 🏆

We are proud to share that Sharma Janvi of Class 8 A has brought great honor to the school by achieving excellent success at the Open Gujarat State Taekwondo Championship. She secured a Gold Medal in Kyorogi and a Silver Medal in Self Defence.

The school congratulated her on this wonderful achievement. Her dedication, confidence, and hard work truly inspire others to aim higher and never give up.

“Anubhuti” – Emphasizing the NEP focus on experiential learning “
On 27th February 2026, our school organized its Annual Multi-Subject Exhibition, titled Anubhuti, on the school campus. The theme Anubhuti reflects the essence of experiential learning, encouraging students to learn through observation, exploration, and hands-on application, in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP).

The exhibition was formally inaugurated by Shri Uttamkumar NG, Joint treasurer SNCM /Chairman School committee ODHAV along with Shri Rajesh Bose, Organizing Secretary, SNCM Ahmedabad, through a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The exhibition showcased a wide range of creative and informative displays prepared by students from all departments. The Science Department impressed visitors with working models on renewable energy, human anatomy, and chemical reactions. The Mathematics Department presented concepts through 3D models, puzzles, and real-life applications of the Pythagorean Theorem, making learning engaging and meaningful.

The Social Studies and General Knowledge Departments displayed relief maps, informative models, interactive quizzes, and a short drama promoting responsible mobile usage. The Computer Science Department presented innovative projects such as hologram models, shortcut-keys matching circuits, input-output device models, a talking dustbin, and an automatic street-light system. The Fine Arts Department exhibited beautiful paintings and eco-friendly crafts highlighting students’ creativity and environmental awareness.

Special attractions such as the Game Zone, Tattoo Point, Feedback Corner, and Selfie Point added to the enthusiasm of the visitors and enhanced overall participation.

The exhibition Anubhuti was a grand success, providing students with a valuable platform to apply their knowledge beyond textbooks, develop confidence, and enhance critical thinking and problem-solving skills. The successful ex*****on of the event was made possible through the sincere efforts and cooperation of the students, teachers, Principal, parents, and non-teaching staff.

With these sacred words of wisdom and blessings, the Blessing Ceremony for the Class 10 Batch 2025–26 was conducted with deep pride and emotion at Shree Narayana Guru Vidyalaya, Odhav.
This year marks a historic milestone as our first Class 10 batch completes a beautiful 13-year journey, beginning from Nursery and reaching this significant stage under the divine guidance of Shree Narayana Guru. Each student carries not just knowledge, but values, discipline, and character shaped within these walls.
The ceremony was graced by Shri.Uttamkumar M G, Joint Treasurer and Chairman of SNGV Odhav; Shri.Rajesh Bose, Organising Secretary of SNCM Ahmedabad; Shri.Jagdip Patel,Principal SNGV Odhav. Their inspiring words and heartfelt blessings encouraged students to step forward with confidence and determination.

The program reflected warmth and unity. Class 9 students added joy to the occasion with a graceful dance performance dedicated to their seniors. A cheerful celebration followed, creating lasting memories for everyone present.

Our school celebrated the Annual Sports ⚽Day with great enthusiasm on the school ground. The program began with a prayer song seeking blessings for the successful conduct of the event.

A welcome speech was delivered by our respected teacher, who highlighted the importance of sports in students’ lives. This was followed by the Torch Bearing Ceremony, symbolizing the spirit of sportsmanship and unity.

After that, the students took the sports oath, promising to participate honestly and follow the rules. Then the sports events began, and students actively participated in different races and games with great excitement.

The winners🏆 were awarded prizes during the prize distribution ceremony. The program ended with a vote of thanks and the National Anthem.

The Sports⚽ Day was successfully conducted and enjoyed by all.
