These are vast subjects and professionals even after years of learning & experience are still learning about them, but the objective with the kids is to just introduce the fundamentals of these larger concepts.

Learning any new skill can be easily forgotten if one doesn't practice it in routine, however the skills gained subconsciously can never be forgotten.
