Day 01 of JOT Talk 2025 carried a quiet spark, and at the center of it stood Somesh Singh, Co-Founder of Craft Village and one of India’s strongest voices in craft, design education, and cultural revival.

His session opened a doorway into the soul of Indian craftsmanship, reminding students that every handmade form carries history, memory, and a maker’s heartbeat.
From rare craft traditions to the vision behind Mati Manas, his insights turned the hall into a living archive of stories and possibilities.

A day filled with listening, learning, and absorbing the depth of design beyond the surface.
