Pharmaceutical research is fundamental for the development of novel and improved medicines that can significantly improve people's lives all across the globe. A session on the role of "Research In The Pursuit of A Brighter Future" was organized by LJIP and its research club, Think Tank, with this objective. Dr. Paresh Patel, associate professor, head of the department for pharmaceutical chemistry, and head of the institutional research committee, led the session. 107 students from B.Pharm. semesters 1 and 3 in total attended it.

Think Tank, a UG student-driven research club, was officially established by the , LJ University on the occasion of National Innovation Day. Ms. Prachi Joshi, QA Executive, Alchemy Lifesciences, and Ex-LJIP faculty discussed her information about "Research ethics and ideology" during the club's inaugural activity. As that subject is an essential component of every publication & the skill of abstract writing was also covered. Additionally, think tank members attended that session. It was a genuinely educational experience. To instill research ideals in its members and prepare them for the industry, the club Think Tank plans to host more of these types of workshops.

With dignity, we are introducing another two foremost pillars of our club. So meet our club’s vice presidents Ms. Dhanvi Gajjar and Mr. Aayan Rangwala who pledge to work relentlessly to create a harmonious domain within which all fellow members can work dedicatedly. They strives to hone research skills of fellow members and facilitate their research ideas to fetch advancement in the pharmaceutical industry as well as health care sector. Working together our four significant pillars presidents and vice presidents vow to fill the voids that suppress our innovative minds and their evolution in research field.
