Our ego-sense is false.
If we try to find out where the ego lies within us,we will come to know that such a thing does not exist at all.when we try to find out the seed of an onion and go on peeling it layer after layer,we discover ultimately,that there are only layers and no seed within.similar is the case with our Abhiman or ego-sense.when we try to find it out,we realize that it does not exist at all !

Social Stigma is a hurdle that is tough to cross when one is suffering through a depressive episode. Thus, the best way is to be a bit more confident and choose to take Therapy or Counselling session. A healthy conversation is the key to healthy and happy State of mind.

As we all know 10th and 12th Board exams have begun, and that is exactly why I m addressing all the parents and aspirants through a message stating that; It's not the end of anyone's life if you Don't achieve 80-90% in the board exams. Life is way beyond it. A child has much more to experience, learn and enjoy rather than just the pressure of these Board exams. I Don't deny the fact that exams aren't important, yet I believe in the fact that they are not the ultimate consequence which will decide any person's future life. Hence, the result of 10th and 12th Board is just a instrument to mentally and socially satisfy us nothing beyond that.

Decision making.
The right decision at the right time can change our destiny forever.
Decision,
We take big or small can have lasting irreversible impact on our lives.careers, and relationships .the course we choose in college.the job we choose the person we decide to spend the rest of our life with. All these decisions will remain with us forever.
Decision making is a skill an art.our life's success and failure both depend a lot on our efficiency in making decisions.whenever anyone approach us with any urgent matter.if we should not replay in case the decision or matter postponed.then it may latter become impossible to manage.
Do not take anything for granted.we must give chance to voice his /her thoughts.we need to listened each and every one's problem.then we take next step.once we are in full control of ourself we will achieve the highest level of productivity at our work place.
So remember
Complete our work on a daily basis.
Do not keep decisions pending.

We give meaning to life.
We give the meaning to everything in our life.No situation comes with a label of good or bad.everything is neutral.
A rainbow and a thunderstorm are not good or bad.they are just rainbow and thunderstorm.we give the meaning to everything by the way .How we feel. A work or a job is not good or bad.it's just a work .
But my main point to say is that how we feel about our work? Same with the relationship.whether it will be good or bad.
Nothing is good or bad .but our thinking makes it to.

Love will change anyone

Love is the positive force of life .and any negative condition always comes from a lack of love .
When we have so much power in the world because we have so much love to give.life is responding to us.life is communicating with us.
When we are feeling happy and we keep feeling happy then only happy people circumstances and events can come into our life.
Think of something we love and make it our symbol of the force of love.when ever we see our symbol or hear it. We will know that the force of love is with us.
Place the force of love ahead of us in everything we do.imagine each things in our day going well and feel love inside ourself as much as we can .we do anything.

Ask question everyday.and really we must receive the answer.

If our mind is consumed with too many thoughts.it will distract us and pull down.

Really one thing has to understand
That we don't give too much importance to the little things.

Winner / loser
The winner is always part of the answer.the loser is always part of the problem.
Winner say let me do it for you.loser say that's not my job.
Winner makes mistakes but through oversight.loser makes blunder may be intentionally .
Winner has tendency to show what is wrong.loser has habit to prove who is wrong.
Winner command respect.he /she radiates love.loser demands respect he /she evokes fear.
Winner always has a programming.he /she know the value of time.loser always has an excuse.he /she know surplus time to pass.

The winner never pulls off till tomorrow what he /she can do today.
The winner never troubles another for what he /she can do himself /herself.

The winner approch is positive and optimistic

Single child
Today I'm going to say something about a parent who have a single child.
Time are changing and so are parents and their parenting style.from joint families now we are turning into nuclear families and many of us now deciding to have just one child.
It does not matter if parent have ten children or just one child.parenting is not about numbers.it is about helping our child reach it's full potential.
And this applies not only to a son .but is just as relevant to a daughter. Today there is no difference between a son and a daughter.both are equal.

First thing we need to accept the child as a gift from god .never discriminate based on their gender. Do not compare them. With other children on Beauty colour on even intelligence.
As a parent it is really important to bring up our child with values .instil kindness in them by being kind towards.
Teach them the value of things.do not just buy them something .teach them how to earn it.
I believe the social life of a single child definitely needs some attention and careful planning.
Parents,grandparents,uncle and aunt's are important for such a child.
As a parent of single child we need to make sure that they spend a lot of time with other children in their school,cousins, in the family and friends staying around.
Remember no matter
How our child turns out to society but we need to do our part .let them know how much we love them and each and every moment feel proud of them .
So they never find any reason to let us down.

Study Daily
Learning is the most important thing in every aspect of our lives.only through learning we grow internally and externally.
I believe our inner world and outer world is the same .so if we have to change our outer world. It is really important to first work on our inner world.
So it's really important to change our way of thinking. Move towards the world of knowledge. We need to reassess our beliefs.
The best way to study is to remind onself that studying is not just for a Degree.
Our education system has become an examination system.we need to give exams.
But

Don't study only to give exams .we must develop a passion for knowledge.

We can do one thing let us all make study a part of our daily commitment .

The first step to study is to develop a love for books.we can join a library .we can just simply go there read books and return it back.most important with each visit to the library we can stay updated about the latest books.

It is a student responsibility to attend all the lecture. There could be some visiting experts or speaker's who specialize in certain subjects try and attend their lecture too .we need to attend seminar and lecture on different topic.

Most importantly

1) When we are on our study time switch off from technology.to avoid distraction.

2)All ways keep a habbit of writing a notes about whatever we read study or attend seminar.it help us to refresh our memory .it retain in our mind for a long time.

Reading writing habbit inhans our knowledge our speaking skills and it gives us self confidence to stand out society

Read deep and read wide for our personal growth.
