It’s been years since I stopped visiting temples or holy shrines with the kind of enthusiasm that I did before.

Fanaticism of anything even religion is wrong for the society. Hinduism had always been about inclusivity and freedom.

Egoistic human beliefs portrayed as a rule of select few individuals who may or may not even know anything about Hinduism have captured spiritual places and shrines to boost their outherwise shallow egos.

The moment you restrict a living beings right to freedom, you end up boosting your ego, faith is and will always be one’s personal affair.

We shall see a rise in atheism more than ever before. Hence, calling for the end of community building, the eventual death of human civilisation.

While mentoring an intern today, who wishes to study abroad for masters, I was reminded of India's resilience and the strength of its people.

Despite current geopolitical tensions, Indians need not fear in studying abroad.

Having lived in 3 countries myself, I can attest that Indians are respected and valued citizens around the world.

During the pandemic, I helped students return home from the most uncooperative countries, proving that India takes care of its own people.

Let's take pride in our country and become its valuable citizens.

Being wanted feeds the ego, being valued feeds the soul. 💫
