As per India Today's survey (in association with MDRA - Marketing & Development Research Associate) on "The Best Colleges of India", LDCE is proud to be ranked 28th (immediately after all IITs & NITs) "Best Engineering Colleges(Government) of India" !!
LDCE also ranked 1st in Government colleges with "Best Value For Money" institute.
One more reason to celebrate the legacy of 75th year !! So much in line with identified 6 pillars of LDCE -with emphasis on Academic Excellence and Innovation. LDCE is thankful to all the Faculties, Alumni, Students, Staff & all who contributed to take the institute to this platform.

19,20,21 June 2022 LDCE Foundation Day celebration events.
A few updates :
19th June :
6 am - Prarambh LDCE75
Walk around campus and an experiential tour inside campus. Our alumnus who had curated the A’bad heritage walk in old city, is curating this one too. Bringing alive our iconic structures with the stories they have to tell.
8:30 am - Tree plantation and marking these rare trees in the name of Donors.
20th June :
Inauguration of 75th year by Honourable CM and Education Minister. We’re going to make this event too a Walk down memory lane for all, with some beautiful pics and movies we’re capturing from collections. Leading right upto the present day ; showcasing LD in all her glorious Legacy.
We’re also presenting our vision and roadmap for the future that we envision.
So it’s going to be a visual treat for all as we’re making it Facebook live too.
21st June :
International Yoga with experts.
6:30am to 8:30am - This too will be Facebook live.
Finally in the Depts, 4 Alumni will share their success stories. Creating role models for students, to base their professional life on.

College of Engineering organized Gujarat Knowledge Society sponsored and Department of Technical Education approved One week online STTP on "Application of Optimization, Soft Computing, Modelling with GIS in Engineering and Technology" to be held from 7th - 11th March, 2022.

L.D.C.E. secured first position in Gujarat Samachar INT drama competition & became Champion, creating history of sorts , as it was competing with stalwarts in the field. Credit goes to Sarthak Vasavada, Director & our Alumni (2015 Passout)

Creativity and perseverance of whole team of students, alumni and faculties are setting new benchmarks.
Gujarat Samachar INT drama competition is a prestigious competition in drama circuit of the state.
LDCE winning this competition is nothing but like earth quake in the area.
