A full day of Capacity Building Workshop with the teachers of Madhav public school, Ahmedabad— focused, reflective, and deeply engaging.
What made the workshop powerful was the teachers’ willingness to pause, reflect, unlearn, and relearn. Capacity building is not about adding pressure — it’s about building clarity, confidence, and collective purpose. And that purpose was visible throughout the day.
