Our team have designed a 'Resource Kit' for *Educators* to bring *'Air Pollution Awareness and Adaptation Program'* to classrooms. We realized that while major of us were debating about the severe *airquality in Delhi*; we were missing on the part of involving an important stakeholder that is severely impacted from Air pollution - *our children.*

This is an evident example of "How climate education can transform a classroom towards critically analyzing and compassionately thinking for climate crisis". This remains a perfect piece to highlight how climate classrooms triggers curiosity among children to question the root-cause of what happens around them and why they are being affected with it.

Bharat started the climate education this year in Chennai and he himself have been pained by the water crisis in the city. When he personally brought this classrooms with ElemenTree Education Foundation, the students didn't just took a step to learn but also took a leap to design gardens, conduct waste management drives and conducted a climate fair. This is the transformative education we want and we need educators like Bharathrrajan Pa to empower their students to learn and address the local concerns.

Bharathrrajan Pa is a Teach For India fellow and his journey as a climate educator with us have been really inspiring.

We are currently working on a couple of projects for Climate Education, content creation, and Capacity Building workshops. Our flagship 'Young Leaders for Climate Action Fellowship' is scheduled to commence on World Environment Day (5th June). We are looking for two project fellows for the following roles:

1. Content Creator
2. Climate Research
