School, Teachers are passing through such a pressure and painful situation as they have to change themselves which they did not since generations. But just in order to teach these Millennials. The Entire Schooling Fraternity showed the change for betterment.

As a Parent where we are always demanding without deep diving the limits of the situation. We always wanted the Best which is not wrong, but yes on the other side keeping the situation in our thoughts would be a better idea.
