On 15 August 2026, Divine Child International School, Adalaj and Divine Child School, Mehsana came together for a grand celebration of talent, learning, and teamwork. 🎉

🏆 DCIS Adalaj emerged as the Champion School, while DCS Mehsana secured the Runner‑Up position — both schools displaying remarkable energy and excellence.

Independence Day 2026 | DCIS 🇮🇳

This year’s flag hoisting was led by our Chief Guest, Mr. Naresh Patel, who has dedicated 16 years of service as Transport In‑Charge. 🚍✨

At DCIS, we invite our support staff to lead the ceremony to remind our children that every role matters and that the strength of an institution lies in the contribution of each member. 🙌

The celebration was filled with patriotic poetry, inspiring speeches, and vibrant dances presented by our students — each performance a heartfelt tribute to our nation. 🎭💃📖

Our Principal, Mr. Shaji V. Mathew, addressed the gathering with a powerful message: true love for our country must be shown through our deeds and thoughts, not merely through words. 🌟

At Divine Child International School, learning goes beyond books. Today, our Grade 7 students witnessed a powerful demonstration by the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) on how to act swiftly and safely during natural calamities and emergency situations.

Grade 8 Night Camp (14 August 2026)– Learning Beyond the Classroom!
An exciting blend of learning, creativity, life skills and fun! 🌟 Students explored the Nano Plant of IFFCO, created beautiful Terrariums 🌿, learned CPR & First Aid through a practical demonstration by KD Institute of Nursing Science ❤️‍🩹, and gained valuable emergency rescue and safety skills from the Fire Department 🚒. The camp also brought joy through traditional games, fostering teamwork and cultural connection! 🎯🤗

🇮🇳 Independence Day Celebration – A Day of Patriotism, Creativity & Joy! 🇮🇳

The Level 1 wing celebrated Independence Day with immense energy, enthusiasm, and love for our nation! 🇮🇳✨

The celebration was filled with vibrant performances, including patriotic dances, melodious singing, an engaging quiz, and confident speeches by our little learners. Their cheerful participation beautifully reflected their love and pride for our country.

Adding a creative touch, children participated in a variety of Tricolour-themed Art & Craft activities, including flag paper-crumpling, painting, Tricolour straw jet planes, flag collage, flag-themed bookmarks, and a fun group activity. 🎨🇮🇳

These hands-on activities gave our young learners a joyful way to express their creativity while learning about the Tricolour and the spirit of Independence. ❤️🤍💚

🌧️☔ Monsoon Magic at DCIS! 💙🌈

Our little learners had a splashing good time celebrating Monsoon Day with joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories!

The school was beautifully transformed into a vibrant Monsoon Wonderland, with colourful rainbows, fluffy clouds, cheerful raindrops, playful frogs, blooming greenery, and delightful monsoon-themed décor that filled every corner with the magic of the rainy season. 🌈☁️🍄🌿

The celebration began with a cheerful morning assembly, followed by energetic dance performances that spread smiles all around. The most awaited moment of the day was the Rain Dance, where our tiny stars danced to lively music under sprinklers in the playground, laughing, jumping, and splashing their way through the refreshing showers. 💃💦🎶

The children also relished delicious corn chaat, adding the perfect monsoon flavour to the celebration. 🌽😋

A day filled with music, laughter, colours, and togetherness, where every splash, every smile, and every joyful moment became a beautiful memory to cherish. ❤️

Our young explorers transformed into geography detectives for a night of adventure and discovery! The day began with a lively assembly and a refreshing nature walk at Symphony Forest Park. Traditional games and snacks set the tone for fun, followed by the thrilling *Discover Bharat* quiz with five engaging rounds. Energy soared during sports with teachers joining in, while teamwork shone in the *Race Across States* map activity. Dinner, DJ celebrations, and reflection closed the evening. GEO Hackers nurtured curiosity, collaboration, and map‑reading skills—bringing geography alive beyond textbooks!
