1. JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
Location: Agra, BU/Function : Consumer Banking
Reports to: Business Development Team
Overall Job Description
• Achieve the Sales Targets (SA/CA) set in terms of NTB, Value & product mix.
• Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets across the designated Product lines
• Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics for his/ her assigned territory.
• Achieve defined quality parameters in terms of AMB depletion/FTR %/ UID pe*******on and NBD pe*******on.
• Achieve Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.

EDUCATION: Any Graduate or PG
WORK EXPERIENCE : Essential requirement: Fresher to 5 Years
Compensation Range – 2.5 Lack to 3.5 Lack
Age Range : 21 -30 yrs,
