Mata Basanti Devi College of Biosciences & Biotechnology was conceived by NRI Scientist, Dr. O.P. Garg, Germany, to spread world class Education in India. ft.
He has been working in Germany as a Research Scientist. Mata Basanti Devi Group of Education was established in July 2004 at EH2, Block-D Shastri Puram, Agra (U.P.) 282007. It is spread on acres of lush green land with 25000 sq. covered area on two floors. Having achieved this, he decided to establish a world-class institute at Agra and thus laid the foundation of Mata Basanti Devi College, First Biotech College Affiliated to Dr. Ambedkar University in Agra on 15th July 2004...!!
