Hiliman Public (Primary) School was started in a private house of Pratap Nagar, Agra in July 1978. Later on, the school shifted to Madhav Kunj, Pratap Nagar, Agra and was run by a registered Society namely Hillman Education and Social Development Society(1987). With the inspiration of its founder chairman Late Pt. Jagat Ram Pokhriyal, the school was upgraded tojunior High School and shifted to its
present site in 2006. With hard labour poured in by its founder secretary & Manager Dr. S.C. Pokhriyal and by the devoted staff members under the supervision of its founder Mrs. Pushpa Pokhriyal, the school developed day by day and today has a big campus at Ladamada, Bichpuri, Agra and is affiliated to C.B.S.E., Delhi upto 10+2 level in Science and Commerce streams.The school is well equipped with basic infrastructure required for normal functioning of the school. The school has proper sitting facilities, airy rooms with fans and lights, black boards, display boards in each room. Generator and pure water facility is available. Science laboratories, music instruments are available. Well-equipped library and reading room is available. A formal interaction to know the habits, qualities and weaknesses of the child will help in.The School session starts from April and ends in March next year. It is divided into two terms. In each term, pupil’s progress is assessed, but I & II term Examination marks are combined to award final grades and promotion. The medium of teaching is English but Hindi is taught as a compulsoTy subject upto class X. Teaching of Moral Education and learning of good manners & etiquettes is given to lead a disciplined and honest life. It is the school’s main emphasis and an integral part of curriculum. Students of class XII are given proper guidelines to chose their future career.
