On the occasion of the marks, the 11th International Day of Yoga, with the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.”Yoga for One Earth, One Health", captures the relationship between individual health and the health of our planet. Our Managing Director Sir, Dr Rahul Raj extended his best wishes to the nation. He said that yoga is a vital part of India's cultural heritage and should be embraced as a regular part of daily life. Our Principal Dr Prachi Singh Ma'am said that Yoga is our culture, and urged everyone to practice it regularly to stay healthy, She also said, encouraging every citizens to adopt yoga for overall well-being.
