💧🌍 Eshan College Promotes Water Conservation for a Sustainable Future! 🌿💙
As part of Groundwater Week (16–22 July 2026), celebrated under the initiative of the Groundwater Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, Eshan College of Engineering & Management successfully organized an Awareness Seminar on Water Conservation & Groundwater Recharge to inspire young minds towards environmental responsibility. 🌱💦
The seminar encouraged students to understand the critical importance of water conservation, rainwater harvesting, and groundwater recharge in ensuring a sustainable future for generations to come.
🎙️ Chief Guest & Keynote Speaker, Mr. Shashank Shekhar Singh, Regional In-charge, Groundwater Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh, delivered an insightful session on the significance of Rainwater Harvesting and shared practical measures to conserve water. He emphasized that timely groundwater recharge and responsible water usage are the keys to preventing future water crises. 💧
🏗️ Guest Speaker, Mr. Rajeev Kumar Dwivedi, Architect & Planner, highlighted the growing need to integrate groundwater recharge systems into modern infrastructure. He reminded everyone that water conservation is not merely the responsibility of the government—it is the collective responsibility of every citizen. 🌎
🌸 Managing Trustee, Smt. Manjari Agarwal, motivated students to become responsible environmental stewards by conserving water, electricity, and other natural resources, encouraging them to adopt sustainable practices in their everyday lives. 🌿✨
