🎓 Thrilled to share that I have successfully completed the Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) certification, completing 80 hours of intensive training and demonstrating Level 1 competency.

This enriching journey helped me gain deeper insights into communication, mindset, and human behaviour through key NLP tools and practices including sensory-based predicates & accessing cues, Meta Model & Milton Model, NLP coaching skills, unconscious rapport building, reframing, anchoring, state management, psycho-geocalibration through language & sensory acuity, internal conflict resolution, trance induction, modelling patterns, parts integration, TOTE model, and establishing well-formed outcomes.

A heartfelt thank you to my coach Anil Thoma for his invaluable guidance throughout this learning journey, and sincere gratitude to Mr. Kunal Gupta, corporate coach for constant encouragement and direction.

Grateful as well for the teachings of Richard (Dick) McHugh SJ, Ph.D. and the course co-developed by Judith DeLozier.
