Since का प्रयोग निश्चित समय (Point of Time) के लिए किया जाता है. अर्थात जब निश्चित समय ( किस घड़ी / किस दिन / किस साल / शुरू होने का समय - Starting Point ) दिया रहे, तब Since का प्रयोग किया जाता है. जैसे,

• सुबह से - since morning

• शाम से - since evening

• कल से - since yesterday दो बजे से- since 2 o'clock

नौ बजे से - since 9 o'clock • बारह बजे से - since 12 o'clock

रविवार से - since Sunday

सोमवार से - since Monday

• बुधवार से since Wednesday

जनवरी से - since January.

• अगस्त से - since August

दिसंबर से - since December
