বদলে যাচ্ছে পড়াশোনার রকমসকম। বদলাচ্ছে জাতীয় শিক্ষানীতি। কেরানি তৈরি করা নয়, প্রকৃত শিক্ষায় গুরুত্ব। গুরুত্ব বিজ্ঞান বোধে। জিডিপির ৬% হবে শিক্ষাখাতে খরচ (বর্তমানে ১.৭%)

কেন্দ্রীয় মানবসম্পদ উন্নয়নমন্ত্রকের নাম বদলে, হচ্ছে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রক।
প্রাথমিক শুধু নয়। ১৮ বছর পর্যন্ত শিক্ষার অধিকার। মেয়েদের শিক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে বিশেষ গুরুত্ব।
ক্লাস ৩, ৫, ৮ এ স্কুলের পরীক্ষা। ১০, ১২ বোর্ডের পরীক্ষা ! সেমিস্টার থাকছে গোটা আস্টেক। গোটা চব্বিশ সাবজেক্টে বোর্ড পরীক্ষা দিতে হবে। কিন্তু পরীক্ষা, রেজাল্টের ধরণ সব পালটে যাবে I

মাধ্যমিক পরীক্ষার গুরুত্ব আর থাকছে না। ১০+২ সিস্টেম উঠে যাচ্ছে,
স্কুল শিক্ষাটা হবে, ৫ (একদম প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা) + ৩ (গ্রেড ৩-৫)+ ৩ (গ্রেড ৬-৮) + ৪ (গ্রেড ৯-১২)

অর্থাৎ ক্লাস সিক্স পর্যন্ত বেসিক এডুকেশন চলতে থাকবে। ক্লাস ৬ থেকে ৮ সাবজেক্টিভ বিষয়গুলোকে গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হবে। আর ক্লাস ৯ থেকে ১২ উচ্চ শিক্ষার বুনিয়াদি শিক্ষা। ক্লাস ১২-এ ,আলাদা কোনও স্ট্রিম থাকছে না
সায়ান্স পড়লেই আর্টসের সাবজেক্ট নিতে পারবেনা, সে ব্যাপারটা পাল্টাচ্চে। সায়ান্স- আর্টসের দূরত্ব কমছে।
আলাদা করে সায়ান্স, আর্টস, কমার্স থাকছে না। কেউ ফিজিক্স নিয়ে পড়ার সাথে সাথে ফ্যাশন টেকনোলজি নিয়েও পড়তে পারে।

ক্লাস ৬ থেকেই ভোকেশনাল ট্রেনিং। এমনকি ১০ দিনের ইন্টার্নশিপের ব্যবস্থাও থাকবে। ধরা যাক, কেউ ইলেক্ট্রিকের কাজ শিখতে চায়।সে ক্লাস সিক্স থেকেই শিখতে পারে।
ই-লার্নিংয়ে জোর দিচ্ছে কেন্দ্র। ৮টি ভাষায় আপাতত অনলাইনে পড়াশোনা চলবে।
ক্লাস ৬ থেকেই কম্পিউটার কোডিং শেখা যাবে। বিজ্ঞানবোধকে বাড়ানোর চেষ্টা চলবে।
ক্লাস ৫ পর্যন্ত মাতৃভাষা শেখা মাস্ট। এরপর তা ঐচ্ছিক।
৩ ভাষার ফর্মুলা থাকছে। আমার ধারণা মাতৃভাষা, ইংরেজি এবং সাথে আরেকটা কিছু, হতে পারে হিন্দি।
পরীক্ষার রেজাল্ট আগে যেরকম হতো, তাতেও বদল আসছে। মুখস্ত করে উগরিয়ে দিয়ে নম্বর তোলার ফান্ডা পাল্টাচ্চে। ছাত্রের দক্ষতাকে গুরুত্ব।

৩/৪ বছর পর্যন্ত অনার্স করা যাবে। এরপর ১/২ বছর পোস্ট গ্রাজুয়েশন
বিশ্বের সেরা ১০০টা ইউনিভার্সিটি এদেশে তাদের ক্যাম্পাস খুলতে পারবে।

এম ফিল উঠে গেল।
ইউনিভার্সিটিগুলোতে ভর্তির একটাই কমন এন্ট্রান্স টেস্ট।
উচ্চশিক্ষায় এন্ট্রি বা এক্সিটে অনেক অপশন থাকছে। যেমন, ৩-৪ বছরের গ্রাজুয়েশন। কেউ মনে করলেন, ১ বছর পর আর পড়বেন না। তাহলে তাঁকে ওই ১ বছরেরই সার্টিফিকেট দেওয়া হবে। ২ বছর হলে অ্যাডভান্সড ডিপ্লোমা। ব্যাচেলর ডিগ্রি ৩ বছরে। আর পুরো কমপ্লিট করলে, ব্যাচেলর উইথ রিসার্চ। আগে এক বা দু বছর পর গ্রাজুয়েশন ছেড়ে বেরোলে কিস্যু হতো না। টুয়েলভ পাশ হয়েই থাকতে হতো।
