This initiative aims to strengthen leadership capacity, promote innovative educational practices, and enhance the quality of school education through continuous learning and professional growth.

A comprehensive review meeting on the ongoing initiatives, progress, and future roadmap of the Education Department was held today at the Secretariat under the chairmanship of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Government of Tripura.

All DM & Collectors, District Education Officers participated virtually and shared updates on the implementation of key educational programmes across the State. Senior officials of the Department were also present during the meeting.

The review focused on strengthening educational outcomes, ensuring effective implementation of flagship initiatives, and advancing the vision of quality and inclusive education for all.

Training on NCF-SE & Road Map for the Upcoming Academic Year

A focused training programme on NCF-SE (National Curriculum Framework for School Education) was conducted to orient School Heads and educators on key reforms, competency-based learning, and holistic development as envisioned in NEP 2020.

The session also emphasized preparing a clear road map for the upcoming academic year, highlighting:

Effective curriculum planning

Integration of experiential and competency-based learning

Strengthening assessment practices

Inclusive and learner-centered classroom approaches

School-level action planning for systematic implementation

The deliberations and collaborative planning will ensure smooth implementation of NCF-SE and foster quality improvement in the academic processes for the new session.

A meaningful and engaging discussion marked the workshop, with valuable insights, shared experiences, and constructive ideas contributing towards better planning and effective implementation. Such collaborative interactions truly pave the way for stronger outcomes and impactful progress in education.
