On 20th May 2026, the M. Pharm I Year students of Bharat Pharmaceutical Technology visited the State Drug Testing Laboratory, Agartala as a part of their educational field trip. A total of 08 students along with 01 faculty member, participated in the visit to gain practical exposure to drug testing procedures, laboratory operations, quality control practices, and regulatory aspects of pharmaceutical analysis. During the visit, the students observed various analytical instruments and learned about different testing methods used for ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. The interaction with the laboratory officials greatly enhanced the students’ academic understanding and provided valuable practical insights into pharmaceutical quality assurance and regulatory functions. Bharat Pharmaceutical Technology congratulates Rimi Roy and Bikramjit Saha, students of 8th Semester B.Pharm, for successfully attending and presenting their research papers at the International Conference on Advancing Pharmaceutical Sciences in the Era of AI, Innovation, Global Health & Career Transformation (ICAPS-2026). The conference was organized by Sultan-ul-Uloom College of Pharmacy in association with Indian Pharmaceutical Association in hybrid mode on 29th–30th April 2026. Their participation and presentation reflected academic excellence and research enthusiasm in the field of pharmaceutical sciences. The institute appreciates their achievement and wishes them continued success in their future academic and professional endeavors.

On the occasion of World Hypertension Day, Bharat Pharmaceutical Technology observed the programme on 18.05.2026 with active participation of students and faculty members. A rally and public awareness campaign were organised in and around Amtali to spread awareness regarding the causes, prevention, and control of hypertension. During the programme, participants interacted with local residents and highlighted the importance of regular blood pressure monitoring, healthy diet, physical exercise, and stress management. Informative leaflets containing essential guidelines for the control and prevention of hypertension were also distributed among the public. The event was conducted successfully with the objective of promoting a healthier and more aware society.

The institution successfully celebrated Rabindra Jayanti with great enthusiasm and cultural spirit in honour of Rabindranath Tagore. The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp and floral tribute to Kabi Guru, followed by inspiring speeches highlighting his literary and philosophical contributions. Students presented soulful Rabindra Sangeet performances and poetry recitations, creating a vibrant cultural atmosphere. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks followed by National Anthem.
