The N.S.S Polytechnic is situated at Mannam Nagar, Pandalam Thekkekara Panchayat, and 7.5 KM south east of Pandalam in Pathanamthitta District. The site is a hill surrounded by paddy fields with a rural charm of its own. This Polytechnic is an aided private institution, run under the financial assistance of Central & State Governments. It conducts at present Three Year Diploma Courses in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication and Computer Engineering, leading to the award of diploma by The State Board of Technical Education, Kerala State.
